Intended Uses

用途经抛丸或喷砂后的钢材作保养底漆，保养期可达3-6个月，也可用钢结构贮藏底漆使用，是一种常温固化的车间底漆，干燥快，物理机械性能优良，能和各类底漆配套，由于不含金属锌等物质，故能减少焊接产生的气体危害

Suited for steel shot or grit blasted shop primer with 3-6 months of maintenance period and for steel structure tank as primer as well. Curing at ambient temperature. Quick dry, excellent physical and mechanical properties. It is able to match with all the primer and may reduce harm of gas risen from electro-weding owing to no zinc etc in them

Specification and Surface preparation 技术要求及表面处steel surface to be painted should be blaseed to Swedish Standard Sa2.5 or rust-removed manually or with power tool to St3.

钢材表面：喷砂处理至瑞典标准Sa2.5 级或动力工具除锈至St3级

Limitations 限制Recommend coat: Spary one coat with high-pressure airless spray for the purpose of reaching 20-25 microns of dry film thickness.

Subsequent coat: Epoxy resin paint, coal-tar epoxy paint, chlorinated rubber paint, alkyd resin paint. Phenolic resin paint, chlorosulphonated polythylene anticorrosive paint and rlighly chloronated polyeerylene anticorrosive paint etc.

建议涂装道数：高压无空气喷涂一道，干膜厚度达20-25微米

后道配套涂料：环氧树脂涂料、环氧沥青涂料、氯化橡胶涂料、醇酸树脂涂料、酚醛树脂涂料、氯磺化聚乙烯防腐涂料、高氯化聚乙烯防腐涂料。
