基于PLC的污水处理系统设计

摘要

近年来,污水处理厂已成为各个城市最重要的基础设施之一。尤其是在中小城市,新建或扩建污水处理厂已成为当地政府改善人民生活水平的头等大事。随着自动化技术、计算机技术的不断发展,完善,污水处理厂的自动化控制水平也相应的提高。而PLC控制器以其技术的成熟、通用性好、可靠性高、安装灵活、扩展方便、性价比高等一系列优点、在工业控制领域中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文主要介绍污水处理厂自动控制系统的组成、功能、及如何利用PLC实现污水处理自动控制。系统采用层次化控制设计,分为管理层,监控层,与控制层。该系统还介绍了基于PLC的污水处理系统自控工程的实现以及在实施中可能遇到的若干问题和解决措施。该污水处理系统不仅减轻了工作人员的劳动强度与难度,而且提高了污水处理的运行效率和效益,实现了污水管理的科学性。

ABSTRACT

In recent years, sewage treatment plant has become one of the most important infrastructure of the cities. Especially in small and medium-sized cities, the newly built or expanded sewage treatment plant has become a top priority for local governments to improve the people's living standard. With the unceasing development of automation technology and computer technology, the level of automation of the sewage treatment plants also improve. And PLC controller have been applied more and more in a series of industrial control advantages with its technology maturity and universal performance, high reliability, flexible, convenient installation, high performance-to-price expansion This paper mainly introduces the sewage treatment plant in automatic control system composition, function and how to make use of PLC realize automatic control of the sewage treatment . The system use hierarchical control design, make up from management layer, monitoring layer and control layer. The system introduce the realization of automatic control engineering of sewage treatment system based on PLC and also refer to some problems encountered in system implementation and counter measures. The sewage treatment system not only reduce the intensity and difficulty of the workers, but also improve the operation efficiency and sewage treatment efficiency and achieve the sewage management scientific.
