课题:Unit 3 weather 第五课时
教学目标:1.使学生复习和巩固所学过的句型What's the weather like?与同义句型How’s the weather?
2. 使学生可以通过图片和上下文理解story time新单词和句子.
3.巩固有关天气的单词以及句型,能够在老师的指导下朗读并表演故事.
4.使学生理解并能恰当的运用故事中的语言,同时体会说话者惊讶,苦恼,遗憾的情绪.
教学步骤:(1)呈现与操练:教师与学生自由交谈,教师与学生互相打招呼.然后教师提问:What's the weather like today?交谈后,教师问学生Do you often watch the weather report? 然后部分学生举手回答.引出问题What’s the weather like in Xi’an? --- It’s sunny. 呈现四幅图片:snowy Windy rainy sunny , 练习和巩固句型How’s the weather? --- It’s snowy .
(2)教师说:Today, we will learn a new story about weather.and the main actors are still zoom and zip. What will happen in this story, let’s enjoy it. 教师播放story time两遍,然后提问:Where is it? What’s the weather like? 引导学生用It's...的句型进行描述.播放两边之后,对故事中的生词进行讲解,生词have a cold, tomorrow, terrible.
(3)然后出示7道问题在大屏幕上,让学生带着七道问题去听,仔细听.播放第三遍,然后作答.如果学生都能回答进入下个环节.
问题设置如:1.Where are zip and zoom?
2.What’s the matter with Zip?
3.What’s the weather like in Beijing ? What’s the weather like in Dalian?
4.What will Zoom do?
5.what’s the weather like in Dali?
6.Does Zoom make a mistake?
7.What’s wrong with Zoom when he gets to Zip’s house?
(4)播放第四次听力.仔细听,并且模仿原文的表情动作和语音,语调.教师问:who wants to be zip? Who wants to be zoom?邀请两名同学进行表演.可以设置一副图片邀请两名同学进行表演.然后挑选两名演员去表演.然后提出最后一个问题:what will you learn from the story? As a friend we should help each other.
从这个故事中我们学习到一句有用的谚语:A friend in need is a friend indeed. 进一步升华主题.
(5)进入练习句型阶段:Just practice. 按要求改写句子.
(6)布置作业.(1)Listen to and repeat “Story time”.
(2)Tell the story to your partner in your own words.
