of Indian culture, playing a role in everyday life as well as in festivals. Indian cuisine varies from region to region, reflecting the varied demographics(人 口特征) of the ethnically (人种上的)diverse subcontinent. Generally, Indian cuisine can be split into(分成) five categories: North, South, East, West India and North-eastern India.

• Indian classical dance is a relatively new umbrella term for various codified art forms rooted in Natya, the sacred (神圣的)Hindu musical theatre styles, whose theory can be traced back to the 400 BC.
• When the Indians eat among themselves, they eat generally with their hands (用手来吃 饭)but if they are eating with people that are not from India or in a restaurant, they eat with silverware(银器) because they do not want to make people uncomfortable.

• It was built for the wife of the king-Shahjahan沙贾汗 in Mughal dynasty(莫卧儿王朝). • It was under the name of the title of the concubine妃子 .It means the first woman in Palace. • 20,000 people built it from 1632 to 1652. • It was an outstanding typical case in Muslim building art. • Be listed in World Heritage in 1983.
