The Standard is hereby formulated to standardize the test method of the fogging of parts related to passenger car compartment, and correctly guide related test personnel to complete various operations of the test.
The Standard applies to all parts and materials likely to affect air quality in vehicles.
2 Terminology and Definition
Fogging—refers to a phenomenon where a layer of fog is formed on the windscreen and other glass thus reducing the visibility. This is caused by the cold condensation of volatile components (such as plasticizer, stabilizer, oil, lubricant, foaming agent, release agent, bonding agent, etc.) from plastic materials condensing on the surface of glasses.
The Standard is approved by Technical Standardization Committee of SMTC.
The Standard is under the direct administration of Standardization Work Team.
The Standard is drafted by: Central Lab of Quality Control Department.

Test method for evaluating fogging characteristics of vehicle trim parts and materials
This standard is a revision for SMC 30157-2007<Test Method for Evaluating Fogging Characteristics of Vehicle Trim Materials>, This standard will replace SMC 30157 2007 from the implementation date of this.
本标准是对SMC 30157-2007《轿车内饰材料 雾翳试验》修订,自本标准实施之日起代替SMC 30157-2007。
当中英文产生疑义时,以中文为准。 本标准由材料分标委提出。 本标准由 SMTC 技术标准化委员会批准。 本标准由标准化工作组归口管理。 本标准起草部门:质量保证部中心实验室。 本标准主要起草人:潘乃殊。 本标准于 2011 年 06 月 08 日首次批准发布, 2011 年 06 月 09 日实施。
3 试验准备 3.1 取样
从各种均匀分布的测试材料上采集适用的 圆形试样,直径为(80±1)mm,试样的厚度应 同测试材料的厚度相同,最厚不超过20 mm。厚 度超过20 mm的材料,如泡沫,应将其厚度减至 20 mm。除非另有规定,对于非扁平形的材料(剖 面等),所使用的试样面积为(15±1)cm2。对 于粉状或液状材料,应从样品中取(10±2) g样 品使用。
3 Sample Preparation
3.1 Sample Applicable round samples are collected
from various test materials distributed evenly, with the diameter being (80±1) mm. Samples should be 20 mm at maximum in thickness .Samples with a greater thickness than 20mm, such as bubble, its thickness should be reduced to 20 mm. Unless otherwise stipulated, for non-flat materials (profile etc.), the area of samples used is (15±1) cm2. For powder or liquid materials, samples of (10±2) g are collected for use.

1 范围 本标准规定了轿车内饰材料雾翳试验的术
语和定义、试样准备、测试设备、试验方法和结 果计算等。
本标准适用于所有可能对车内空气质量产 生影响的零件和材料。
2 术语和定义 雾翳——指在一定条件下,在挡风玻璃及其
它玻璃上形成的一层薄薄的涂层,从而降低可见 度的一种现象。是由塑料装饰材料中的挥发性成 分(如可塑剂、稳定剂、油、润滑油、发泡剂、 脱模剂、粘合剂等)在玻璃表面冷凝引起的。
3.2 预处理 测试前应将所有试样(试料)放入温度为(23
±5) ℃的干燥器内烘干,干燥器带有硅胶,可 不必为真空。各种材料的干燥时间见表1所示。
