I think because fame is about recognition.And recognition is part of success.People want to succeed,and they seek fame.Generally, people expect to attain good fame, for it can bring them the sense of satisfaction, pride and even economic income. As a matter of fact, fame i the moral character of a person. if we try to improve ourselves with each passing day, good fame is sure to get to us without our willfully seeking.fame is not what we can seek on purpose, but what we can develop gradually.
2、What impact may the telecommunications revolution have on your life
The telecommunications revolution has made significant changes of my life. Perhaps the most obvious impact is the wide use of the cellphone. A few years ago, cellphone is simply a tool to make phone calls and send short messages. Now the phone is more smart. I can connect to the internet at any time. Another impact is brought by social network.
I can log on to my social sites to share my life with my friends and also know what my classmates and friends are doing. The internet provides an information superhighway for me to have access to much information, which makes it
more efficient to deal with my work and study.

Everyone hopes to have the beautiful appearance, I think people can through the follow ways to improve their appearance. Firstly, they can make up. For example, they can wear fashionable clothes, shoes and so on. Secondly, they can ask the hairdresser to design a hairdo for themselves, so that they can look different. Thirdly, people may go on a diet to maintain a good figure and remove fat. But, the best way to improve appearance is trying to learn to be more elegant and to be more Knowledgeable. 4、Should managers be strict with or kind to their employees Generally speaking, managers should be strict with their employees; otherwise they may find it difficult to keep good discipline in the workplace. For example, some employees may come in late and leave early. They may call in sick without good reason. Even when they are in the office, they may idle the day away chatting with each other. but in life, the boss should act like friends and show concern for them when they have difficulties like an acute illness or other unexpected problems. If employees feel sincerely appreciated, they tend to work harder.
