Abstract
The hemp fiber is a variety of military clothing and upscale clothing materials,which made clothing with moisture,breathable,mildew,antibacterial,anti-radiation,anti-ultraviolet and other features.But still exists the shortcoming which shows poor softness and tough handed ,which affecting its comfortable wearing.There-fore,we selected the good performance of the ganosilicon softening agent,which is Amino silicone oil,was used to carry the soft finishing on the hemp fiber.We get the best technological conditions through the orthogonal experiments. The result indicateds that the best technological conditions were:the pH value was 6.0,the concentration of softener was 6%,the soft processing time was50min,the temperature of baking and drying was 140℃.Though the finishing,the breaking strength of hemp fiber decreased 5.69%,the initial modulus of hemp fiber decreased 38.6%.The soft performance of the hemp fiber has improved significantly.This artle further explored the antibacterial properties of the soft processed hemp fiber,which shows that the

汉麻纤维的有机硅柔软整理
摘 要
汉麻纤维是各种军用服装、高档服饰的原料,它制成的服装衣饰具有吸湿、透气、防霉、抑菌、抗辐射、防紫外线等多种功能。但还存在柔软性差,手感硬挺的缺点,影响穿着的舒适性。本文选用性能较好的有机硅柔软整理剂氨基硅油对汉麻纤维进行柔软整理,用正交试验的方法,探讨了对汉麻纤维柔软整理最佳工艺。结果表明,柔软整理的最佳工艺条件为:pH值6.0,柔软剂浓度为5%,柔软处理时间为50min,烘焙温度140℃。在此工艺条件下柔软整理的汉麻纤维,断裂强力降低5.69%,初始模量降低38.6%。汉麻纤维的柔软性能明显提高。本文进一步对柔软处理后的汉麻纤维的抗菌性能进行研究,实验表明柔软处理后汉麻纤维的抗菌性能明显改善。
