摘要

管理信息系统(简称MIS)是介于信息论，经济管理理论，统计学与运筹学及计算机科学之间的一门边缘性，综合性，系统性的交叉科学，它是随着管理科学，信息技术，计算机技术等的发展而产生和发展起来的。

培训管理信息系统开发的初衷就是为了满足培训机构的需要，系统是通过使用集成开发环境，C#开发语言和Microsoft Access数据库技术等方法完成的。实现了一个基于三层B/S模式的培训管理系统。系统包括在培训管理过程中所进行的各项日常工作对象处理，如学生信息、打印报表、统计分析等都利用计算机实现自动化，避免大量繁杂的手工劳动，提高办公效率。最终能够实现学生报名，调班，延班，插班，退费等一系列的培训功能。管理人员可以通过管理系统对学生进行相应的报名处理。

系统是在管理信息系统的理论和方法指导下和数据库技术的支持下完成的。实现了系统所要求的主要功能。
