目前,珩磨普遍采用的是一次进给珩磨头,采用此类珩磨头只能在一次进给过程中实现砂条涨缩,因此,对加工像发动机汽缸套等一些表面质量要求较高的场合,需要采用两道工序(粗精磨)来实现。而本设计中的双进给珩磨头将解决由两道工序加工所引起的缺陷。这个显著优势将使它获得长足的发展和广泛的应用。

A design of Dual Feed Spindle of honing machine
Abstract
The thesis deal with a design of Dual Feed Spindle of honing machine whose head structure is split.
The first part of the paper introduces the principles of the hole honing, the structure of honing whetstone and honing head, the selection of honing technical parameters and so on.; then discusses in detail the working principle、program design of hydraulic servo system , the design of two shaft and analysis of simulation exercise in transmission.

摘要
毕业设计的论文阐述的是针对珩磨头采用分体式结构的珩磨机双进给主轴系统的设计。
在论文中,首先,介绍了内孔珩磨原理,珩磨油石及珩磨头结构,珩磨工艺参数的选择等;接着,详细论述了液压伺服系统的工作原理、方案设计和传动系统中二级传动轴的设计及仿真运动分析。
该设计的意义在于:同道工序中不停机实现粗精磨两次进给,使粗精磨两种珩磨切削性能一致,从而保证了珩磨网纹的整齐清晰,获得理想的珩磨表面微观结构。
At present, the honing is a widely used one-time feed honing head, which can only achieve article sand rise and reduction in one course of feed. therefore, when requires high surface quality such as engine cylinder, we need to use two processes (rough、fine grinding) to achieve。Dual Feed honing head in the design will solve the defects caused by the two machining processes. This will give it a significant advantage of rapid development and wide application.
