摘要如今社会高速发展，人才流动量也在飞速增加，很多打工人员在为自己打工赚钱的同时大部分时间都花在寻找住宿和解决住宿的问题上，这不但浪费了他们大量宝贵的时间，而且势必影响到自己的工作和学习，因此，提供一种高效快捷的信息查询方法将成为当务之急。在Internet飞速发展的今天，互联网成为人们快速获取、发布和传递信息的重要渠道，它在人们政治、经济、生活等各个方面发挥着重要的作用。Internet上发布信息主要是通过网站来实现的，获取信息也是要在Internet“海洋”中按照一定的检索方式将所需要的信息从网站上下载下来。因此网站建设在Internet应用上的地位显而易见，它已成为政府、企事业单位信息化建设中的重要组成部分，从而倍受人们的重视。为了更好的为人民服务，节省大量人才的宝贵时间，提高信息的传播效率，特构建网上房屋出租信息网站。

Abstract With the rapid development of the world,the quantity of talented-person- flow also increases rapidly.As many of the employees are earning their living ,they also spend much time solving their accomodation problems,which not only cost their precious time,but also affect their work and study; which also plays an important role in politics,economic aspects and so on of people's life.Website is the main way of issuing information on net;information obtaining is found by some kinds of retrival methods in the Internet Sea,and then the information in need is downloaded from the website. therefore,it's urgent affair to provide a kind of effective and quick information inquring method. Nowadays,Internet develops so quickly that it becomes an important way of obtaining,issuing and transferring information for people,So,the status of website construction on Internet tells its own tale;website construction becomes an important part of information construction of government,enterprises,which is highly regarded by people now. Here,the website on fishing net ,collecting information of house for rent is designed in order to provide good services for people,saving people's time,promoting the effectiveness of information diffuseness.
