We Must Face Failure

As we all know, "Failure is the mother of success." But few people can really understand what the saying means. In the world, I am sure that no one dare say he hasn't met any trouble all his life. So we must face failure. In fact, failure is not fearful, but important thing is how to face it correctly. Facing failure, people will never take their fate lying down.They will try their best to work harder and harder until at last they succeed.

Not being courageous to face setbacks, people have no chance to enjoy the pleasure of success. So they have nothing to do but feel sad and empty all day and all night. In fact, they lose the chance of succethemselves.

My friend, whenever in trouble, please remember, "Failure is the mother of success."

you can do it !you could be the one!whatever trouble you met how terrible it was,you just think that all will be all right,there is no things is importance in the world.please believe youself.if you often complain of the terrible thigs you suffe in the trouble,so you can not happy and have a new life.so your life's golf will be not clearly.your life won't become meaningfully.you must have the surely mind,and do it by the plan .nobody dont like confident people,the most importance point is confident.when you have it ,everything you do it will be succeful!

Building up Self-Confidence

Self-confidence, as is approved by research and practice, has an amazingly powerful influence on the output of people’s activities. Patients who believe that they’ll recover soon generally cures faster than those who think they won’t. Students with optimistic characters usually provide better performance, even if they work the same hard as others. Although someone may regard such conclusion as superstitious, it does take place everyday and everywhere. Neural scientists have discovered that, when a man feels confident, his brain will secrete some kinds of hormone that boost brain activity and improve the efficiency of his immune system. In contrast, a melancholic brain is suppressed by other chemicals and cannot fully exhibit its potential.

To help building up self-confidence, you can take the following two steps. First, identify your merits and value them. If you constantly compare your weakness to others’ advantages, you’d only gain frustration rather than confidence. Second, track every little progress you’ve made and review them frequently. You may not possibly become perfectly successful in one day, but if only you can see yourself growing gradually, surely you’re on th e right way. There’re also other methods making you more confident that depend on yourself to find out, and they’re all necessary elements to make you more competitive in your area.

Competition is Fun

Chairman Mao once made a famous remark about co mpetition, “To battle with God is great fun! To battle with Earth is great fun! To battle with people is great fun!” His words, although seeming a bit too aggressive, have illustrated that competition is never regarded as something formidable by a brave.

Competition exists throughout the evolution of nature and everyone’s life. Creatures compete to survive the merciless environment, eliminating weaker ones; Nations in the world compete for resources and power, and whichever fallen behind is beaten. As for individuals, ever since the very first day of our lives, we are forced into a competition with thousands of others around us, including taking examinations, applying jobs and striving for promotion, the results of which definitely determine our fate. Competition is as real a fact as the air around us that can neither be evaded nor be ignored.

Thus, my dear friends, do not fear competition. Accept it and enjoy it. With competition, you grow stronger, and you gain so much precious experience worth remembering of, regardless of what the outcome would be. Without competition, you cease to grow; you become a dead moth sealed in its own cocoon.

ladies and gentlemen , good afternoon! i’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech.

today my topic is “youth”. i hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.

first i want to ask you some questions:

1、do you know what is youth?

2、how do you master your youth?

youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. this often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years . we grow old by deserting comour ideals.

years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

Saying goodbye to childhood,we step into another important time in the pace of young,facing new situations,dealing with different problems.....

everyone has his ownunderstanding of young,it is a period of time of beauty and wonders,only after you have

experienced the sour ,sweet ,bitter and salty can you really become a person of significance.thre time of young is limitted,it may pass by without your attention,and when you discover what has happened ,it is always too late.grasping the young well means a better time is waiting for you in the near future,or the situation may be opposite .

having a view on these great men in the history of hunmanbeing,they all made full use of their youth time ,to do things that are useful to society,to the whole mankind,and as a cosquence ,they are remembered by later

generations,admired by everyone.so do something in the time of young,although you may not get achievements as these greatmen did ,though not for the whole word,just for youeself,for those around!

the young is just like blooming flowers,they are so beautiful when blooming,they make people feel happy,but with time passing by,after they withers ,moet people think they are ugly.and so it is the same with young,we are enthusiastic when we are young,then we may lose our passion when getting older and older.so we must treasure it ,don't let the limitted time pass by ,leaving nothing of significance.

10:33As you slowly open your eyes,look around,notice where the light comes into your room;listen carefully,see if there are new sounds you can recognize;feel with your body and spirit,and see if you can sense the freshness in the air.

Yes,yes,yes,it’s a new day,it’s a different day,and it’s a bright day!And most importantly,it is a new beginning for your life,a beginning where you are going to make new desicisions,take new actions,make new friends,and take your life to a totally unprecedented level!

In your mind’s eye,you can see clearly the things you want to have,the paces you intend to go,the relationships you desire to develop,and the positions you aspire to reach.

You can hear your laughters of joy and happiness on the day when everything happens as you dream.You can see the smiles on the people around you when the magic moment strikes.You can feel your face is getting red,your heart is beating fast,and your blood is rushing all over your body,to every single corner of your being!You know all this is real as long as you are confident,passionate and committed!And you are confident,you are confident,passionate and committed!

You will no longer fear making new sounds,showing new facial expressions,using your body in new ways,approaching new people,and asking new questions.

You will live every single day of your life with absolute passion,and you will show your passion through the words you speak and the actions you take.

You will focus all your time and effort on the most important goals of your life.You will never succumb to challenges of hardships.

You will never waver in your pursuit of excellence.After all,you are the best,and you deserve the best!

As you coach and friend,I can assure you the door to all the best things in the world will open to you,but the key to that door is in your hand.You must do your part,you must faithfully follow the plans you make and take the actions you plan,you must never quit,you must never fear.I know you must do it,you can do it,you will do it,and you will succeed!Now stand firm and tall,make a fist,get excited,and yell it out:

The Importance of Social Skills

Among all the important skills of human beings, social skills are regarded as the most important. In an information age, communication with others in all walks of life plays an important role. No wonder that many students are deliberately working on their social skills.

Common sense has told us that those who have successful love affairs usually possess excellent social skills. They are good at promoting an easy-going relation with their partners, which naturally result in a romantic affair. The same is true for family life. Good social skills are essential to keep family member on good terms with each other, bringing about a happy family life. Secondly, statistics show that one’s career success depends heavily on his or her social skills. Professional skills are necessary, but without good social skills, a good teamwork is hardly imaginable, which would undoubtedly hinder the full play of professional skills. Examples are not rarely seen from people who are talented and have reached high level of academic development, but have finally come to nothing due to their poor social skills.

In conclusion, if we are to lead a happy life and succeed in career, we must improve ourselves in such social skills as the skill in communicating on a feeling level, the skill in developing and using interpersonal relations and so on.

Don’t talk. Ask questions and then listen. Like I said before, no one likes to hear other people talk about themselves. But they will think you’re the most interesting person in the world if y ou want to

know more about them. So ask questions and listen. Learn about the people you’re networking with and actually build upon a meaningful conversation that will make exchanging business cards more effective in the end. The more you ask about them, the more they will want to know about you for being interested in them.

With the rapidly development of society, modern people are supposed to be mindful of the inter-personal relation in order to boost productivity or come a long way in the future.

However, there are no denying that the misunderstanding always exist among people, the barrier which people have no alternative but to remove. Initialy, we must learn the reason why the misunderstanding appear among people. Sometimes, the sense of hornor may cause the conflict because of the profit between the two people. Alao, the same words in different situations could create different meanings, which is one of the most significant sources in the interrelationship among persons.

To keep away from the quarrel, one of the best ways is to be helpful and optimistic. Calming, to some extent, can be hard to overstate the importance of it. After all, the cornerstone of argument is the collision which may be avoided, if there one of the individual is kind or good at the inter-personal skills

Communication between people is of utmost importance. The importance cannot be stressed too much.

It is said in the Bible that once upon a time, humans communicated with each other in one language. So they attempted to build the Babel Tower to communicate with God, only to find such dream was a castle in the air. In the aftermath, humans were trapped into troubles due to the misunderstandings between them. The jealous God plunged us into such bitterness. Even now, people with different races and religions are dragged into endless wars. People are crying and dying! Such consequences are rooted deeply in the lack of communication. Therefore, lack of communication will lead to perish of human beings.

On the contrary, mutual understanding can be well-established between people if we communicate with each other. That is, the rapport between two countries will be strengthened and the misunderstanding will be reduced if there is a dialogue channel. Likewise, friends can become closer if they argue with each other. No one likes to but it is necessary to be healthy. Arguments between people are a way of communication, by which we can find a solution to the conflictions between us. Consequently, we promote the mutual understanding.

To conclude, through communication, mutual understanding can be promoted and fostered between people with difference races, religions, sex and ideologies. One way is to argue (not totally means quarrels) during the communication to clarify the different views. Lack of communication will surely lead to perish of mankind.

How to Make Friends?

If you have difficult making new friends,then the following can help you.First of all,don't be afraid to talk to a new friend.A good talk can be the beginning of friendship.You can start with a popular topic,such as getting on QQ..Second,try to know more about your new friend,including his or her name,address and hobbies.The more you know,the better you can get on well.Third,you should always be honesty.In no case can you cheat your friend,for as we know,honesty is the basic of friendship.Least but not last,be ready to help your friend when he or she get into trouble.Remember the old Chinese saying“ A Friend in need Is A Friend Indeed

Nowadays, it seems known to everybody that one of the objectives of China's modern construction is to build a harmonious society. All of a sudden, "a harmonious society" has become a frequently-used phrase in media news, newspaper etc. It is the trend of China's development.

But what is a harmonious society? In my mind, there are several aspects included in building a harmonious society. First, a harmonious society has democracy in its politics to ensure the maximum benefits of the people. Second, a harmonious society has equality and justice to protect the rights of every citizen. Third, a harmonious society has good faith and friendly relation between people to create a favorable atmosphere for living and doing business. Forth, a harmonious society has energy to make sure its creativity. Fifth, a harmonious society has stability and order to provide people with a comfortable environment. Sixth, a harmonious society has harmony between humankind and nature for a sustainable development of economy.

To be true, it needs joint efforts of every person in China to realize this great goal. For me, I am a student in college. What I can do is develop good relations with people around me, help others as much as possible, spread this awareness to as many people as possible, laying a foundation for this tall building.
