制造企业的库存管理问题及对策分析

摘要：

当前，制造企业面临市场竞争激烈、客户需求多变、客户订单提前期短、原材料采购周期长、库存控制困难等问题，企业的库存成本，特别是配件及半成品的库存需要占用大量的流动资金，成为企业发展的关键影响因素。因此库存与库存管理越来越为企业所重视，减少原材料库存、降低其库存成本是库存管理的关键，也是企业“第三个利润源泉”的重点所在。在银行贷款紧缩、利率大幅提升及汇率不断爬升的宏观经济环境影响下，如何降低库存成本，加速企业资金周转率的问题变得更为突出。但同时大型流通零售企业在近年的发展中都形成了很好的物流经验，特别是沃尔玛、家乐福等国际零售企业在发展中形成了良好的存货控制、仓储管理、信息管理的系统。这些经验为我国制造业库存管理提供了良好的借鉴。本文将结合零售业家乐福的做法对制造企业的库存管理问题及对策分析进行具体地阐述。

Abstract:

At present, manufacturing enterprises are facing intense market competition, changing customer demands, customer order lead time is short, long cycle of raw materials procurement, stock control problems and other issues, inventory costs, especially the inventory of parts and semi-finished products take a lot of liquidity,the key factors of enterprise’s development. So,inventory and inventory management have become more and more important for businesses, reducing raw material inventory and lowering inventory costs is the key to inventory management, and the third source of profits have been the focus of the enterprise. With the contraction of loan, interest rates increased significantly and the exchange rate under the influence of macro-economic environment continue to climb, how to reduce inventory costs, and accelerate the capital turnover rate has become more prominent.But at the same time the large flow of retail business’s development in recent years have formed a very good experience in logistics, especially Wal-Mart, Carrefour and other international retail enterprises in the development of good inventory control, warehouse management, information management systems.These experiences provide a good
