脱硫石膏自流平砂浆的试验研究
摘要
脱硫石膏又称排烟脱硫石膏、硫石膏或FGD石膏,是对含硫燃料(主要是煤)燃烧后产生的烟气进行脱硫净化处理而得到的工业副产石膏。过去它们常常被当作是废弃物随意的露天堆放或是将其填埋掉,不能及时有效地进行二次利用,严重地污染了大气环境,浪费了土地资源,使得生态平衡遭到破坏,同时也损害了人体健康。因此,开发利用脱硫石膏很有必要。
本课题研究了利用脱硫石膏制备自流平砂浆的相关技术。在满足石膏基自流普通硅酸盐水泥之间的基本配比,通过研究缓凝剂掺量对自流平砂浆性能(初始流动度用水、30min流动度损失、凝结时间、抗折强度、抗压强度、拉伸粘结强度、收缩率等)的影响,确定合适的掺率。此外研究了养护制度对脱硫石膏自流平砂浆性能的影响。
试验结果表明:缓凝剂和掺合量对石膏基自流平砂浆性能的影响较大,本文采用柠檬酸钾为缓凝剂,掺量在1.5%~2.0%时为宜;采用粉煤灰为掺合料,研究表明当掺量为25%~30%范围内时自流平砂浆的流动性和力学性能最好。另外对砂浆性能有较大影响的是养护方法,本文确定的养护方法如下:24h脱模自然环境(温度:20℃±2℃,相对湿度≥60%)24h快速养护箱(温度:60℃±1℃,相对湿度≥90%)养护24h自然环境(温度:20℃±2℃,相对湿度≥60%)10d置于45℃烘箱24h。

Experimental study of FGD gypsum leveling mortar
Abstract
Flue gas desulphurization gypsum and FGD gypsum, sulfur and gypsum and FGD gypsum, is a sulfur-containing fuels (mainly coal) post-combustion flue gas desulphurization and purification process resulting from industrial by-product gypsum. Them in the past have often been regarded as a casual open-air waste stack or it will be filled out, not for the second time in a timely and effective manner, serious pollution of the atmospheric environment, waste of land resources, destruction of ecological balance, but also damage human health. Therefore, it is necessary for the development and utilization of desulphurization gypsum.
This research study on desulphurization gypsum application in self-leveling mortar, preparation of gypsum based upon yourselves to materials. Meet under the requirements of national standard fly ash and sulfur aluminates cement, Portland cement between the proportion of basic, through the research of retarder fly on the properties (the initial flow of water, 30min fluidity loss, condensed time, breaking strength, compressive strength, tensile bond strength, shrink ratio, etc.)of self-leveling mortar effect of, determine the appropriate rate of mixed. In addition research on curing system on the desulphurization performance of self-leveling mortar plaster effects.
Test results showed that: retarders and mineral admixtures on the properties of gypsum based self-leveling mortar more, this article uses potassium citrate as a retarder, mixed in 1.5 % to 2.0 % would be appropriate for you, use of fly ash as admixture, studies have shown that when the content is 25%~30% range of self-leveling mortar fluidity and mechanical properties of the best, in addition there is a performance of the mortar is a relatively large impact conservation methods, in this
