固定翼无人机系统介绍一、系统组成黑鹰、黄蜂系列固定翼无人机系统由台湾碳基公司研制,因其优良的性能、模块化集成,目前已经广泛应用在测绘、地质、石油、农林等行业,具有广阔的市场应用前景。

黑鹰、黄蜂系列固定翼无人机系统由五个主要部分组成:机体结构、航电系统、动力系统、起降系统和地面控制站。

机体结构由可拆卸的模块化机体组成,既方便携带,又可以在短时间内完成组装、起飞。

航电系统由飞控电脑、感应器、酬载、无线通讯、空电电池组成,完成飞机控制系统的需要。

动力系统由动力电池、螺旋桨、无刷马达组成,提供飞机飞行所需的动力。

起降系统由弹射绳、弹射架、降落伞组成,帮助飞机完成弹射起飞和伞降着陆。

地面控制站包括地面站电脑、手柄、电台等通讯设备,用以辅助完成路线规划任务和飞行过程的监控。

2. 2、功能描述
电路上电后,RC 振荡器起振,同时通过内部的复位电路对电路进行初始化,显示 数据和按键数据均被清零。微处理器(MCU)的数据通过两线总线接口和 CS1635 通信。 数据输入的开始条件是 CLK 为高电平时,DIO 由高变低;结束条件是 CLK 为高电平时, DIO 有低变高。在数据输入阶段,当 CLK 为高电平时,DIO 上的数据必须保持不变;只 有当 CLK 为低电平时,DIO 上的信号才能改变。

二极管1635参数

二极管1635的参数通常包括反向饱和漏电流、额定整流电流、最大平均整流电流、最大浪涌电流、最大反向峰值电压等。

1. 反向饱和漏电流(IR):指在二极管两端加入反向电压时,流过二极管的电流。

这个参数与半导体材料和温度有关。

2. 额定整流电流(IF):指二极管长期运行时,根据允许温升折算出来的平均电流值。

对于大功率整流二极管,IF值可以达到1000A。

3. 最大平均整流电流(IO):在半波整流电路中,流过负载电阻的平均整流电流的最大值,这是设计时非常重要的一个值。

4. 最大浪涌电流(IFSM):允许流过的过量的正向电流,这不是正常电流,而是瞬间电流,这个值相当大。

5. 最大反向峰值电压(VRRM):即使没有反向电流,只要不断地提高反向电压,迟早会使二极管损坏。

这种能加上的反向电压,不是瞬时电压,而是反复加上的正反向电压。
