Starter Module 4 My everyday lifeUnit 1 What day is it today?导入一对话导入T: How many days are there in a week?Ss: There are seven days in a week.T: What are they?Ss: They are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.导入二歌曲导入播放英文歌曲来活跃气氛,激发学生的学习兴趣。
活动一单词学习1.“萝卜蹲”游戏:选七名学生分别戴上标有Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday的头饰做游戏。
游戏可从头戴任意星期名称的同学开始。
示例:头戴Monday头饰的同学边蹲边说“Monday蹲,Monday蹲,Monday蹲完Tuesday蹲”。
头戴Tuesday头饰的同学紧接着做相同的动作,并且边做边说“Tuesday蹲,Tuesday蹲,Tuesday 蹲完……蹲”。
如果下一位同学没有反应过来,则被淘汰。
坚持到最后的同学为获胜者。
2.游戏结束后,教师指着“Friday”问“What day is it today?”,引导学生回答“It's Friday./Friday.”3.教师板书主题句型:—What day is it today?—It's Friday.4.教师拿出六张分别标有what, day, is, it, today, Friday的卡片,请六名学生各持一卡,其他同学齐喊“One, two, three.”,六名学生手持词卡站成一排,将手中的词卡组成主题句。
若有学生站错位置,请其他学生纠正。
若全部站对位置,大家齐读主题句。
5.利用PPT课件展示一张日历表,教师请一名同学任意指一日期,问“What day is it today?”,其它同学回答出相应星期。
