标签检查1、标签上的印刷图案和字体要求与样品一致,并清晰可辨;2、数据线上的标签不允许破损、折皱、起膜;3、插头上的铭牌在槽偏移的最大尺寸不允许超过0.25mm;4、旗舰标签对折粘贴后的歪斜程度≤1mm;注塑部位1、注塑部位(USB A公外膜、DC插头外膜、磁环外膜)不允许缺胶、破损;2、合模线(毛边)H≤0.2mm;3、水口位(毛边)在不刺手的前提下, H≤1mm,可接收;4、压痕L≤5mm,W≤0.2mm,USB A公外膜每面允收一条,DC外膜允收一条;5、点状压痕D≤1.5mm,USB A公外膜每面允收一条,DC外膜允收一条;线材外观1、线材不允许有破损、漏铜;2、线材上不允许有脏污;3、点状压痕D≤2.5mm,DS≥25mm,允收6个;4、线状压痕L≤5mm,W≤1mm,DS≥25mm,允收3条;扎带下的压痕允许;5、有感刮伤:L≤5mm,W≤1mm,DS≥25mm,允收2条;无感刮伤:L≤30mm,W≤1mm,DS≥30mm,允收3条;。

注:以上所述是普遍性的概括要求,某些客户的特殊要求不含其中!另根据美国消费品安全改善法(CPSIA),ASTM F963从 2009年2月10日开始已经成为联邦强制性安全规范,现最新版本已升级至2011版。新版本的更新要求主要包括涂层材料必须满足 CPSIA的要求,总铅含量小于90 ppm,基材物质也必须满足总铅含量小于100 ppm 的要求;同时参照EN71-3方法进行可溶性 重金属测试,并满足可溶性重金属的限值要求,而比EN71-3要求更多的是金属小部件还必须根据CPSC-CH-E1004-11进行可溶 出镉的测定,限值是200μ g。当涂料样品的质量小于10mg或面积小于10cm2时,仍然需要进行检测,也就是说,只要有涂层材 料,就必须测试。 另需要特别注意的是,美国伊利诺伊州标准中铅含量限制规定为40PPM。

串行通信
所谓“串行通信”是指外设和计算机间 使用一根数据信号线(另外需要地线,可能 还需要控制线),数据在一根数据信号线上 一位一位地进行传输,每一位数据都占据 一个固定的时间长度。这种通信方式使用 的数据线少,在远距离通信中可以节约通 信成本,当然,其传输速度比并行传输慢。

罗湖交通层LED显示屏系统安装工程验收标准罗湖交通层LED显示屏系统质量验收标准第一章:概述1 总则(1)为保证地铁监控系统显示设备——LED显示屏的安装质量,促进工程施工技术水平的提高,确保系统安全运行,制定本标准。
(2)本标准适用于监控系统显示设备——LED显示屏的安装涉及的各类控制箱、盘、屏、台和成套柜等及系统管线安装工程的施工及验收。
(3)在执行本项目合同时,首先应遵守有供货商提供的安装指南;对于所有材料和施工工艺,都应遵守国家和行业主管部门颁发的现行技术规范、标准和要求。
若国家或部颁标准和规范做出修改时,则以修改后的新标准和规范为准,若供货商安装指南与下列标准有矛盾处,报监理工程师确定。

Solid Tantalum Capacitor Shelf-Life

Recently, there have been industry wide discussions about date codes on solid tantalum capacitors.
The following is the position of the EIA/ECA P-2.5 Engineering Committee for Tantalum & Niobium Capacitors:
Solid tantalum capacitors have no known wear-out mechanism or shelf-life limitations. However, solderability and cover-tape peel strength may be affected by storage conditions. Consult individual manufacturers’ data sheets for recommended storage.
