速度要求不高的情况下,可以用廉价的低速光耦搭配2只廉价的三级管来提高速度。

上次我做一个SPI通信的系统,并且要求不能共地,SPI总线的频率100K左右,我就用一个廉价的TLP521加了一只C1815,一只A1015实现了。

作技术总结时,为了验证通信的可靠性,我将该电路单独搭出来测试,轻松过300K,做了100只光耦,全部通过300K测试。

要看做什么样的通信,如果对边沿要求高的话,可以涮掉好大一部分.。

方法通过四点雨流计数法提取原谱中的载荷循环信息,对提取的循环信息进行分布拟合、相关性检验等统计分析,进而构建循环均值与范围值的联合概率密度函数,再运用概率密度法,编制出8×8二维环境载荷谱。

在二维载荷谱基础上,编制出温循载荷谱,使用针对电子部件参数修正的加速方程转化为加速载荷谱。

结果利用野外作业现场1个作业周期内的气温纪录,提供了一套编制温循载荷谱和转换加速载荷谱的合理化流程和解决方案。

结论该制谱方法可以利用原始环境谱中绝大部分有效信息,较好地还原电子部件野外作业阶段经历的温度变化过程,为电子产品的加速寿命试验和使用寿命预测奠定基础。

On the basis of the two-dimensional load spectrum, a temperature cycle load spectrum was simultaneously developed and transformed into an acceleration load spectrum by an acceleration equation for electronic component parameter correction. Through the temperature record in a field operation cycle, a set of reasonable proc-esses and solutions for compiling the temperature cycle load spectrum and converting it into the acceleration load spectrum were provided. 【摘要】该文设计了一种高精度4~20 mA恒流输出和检测系统.由STM32控制电流环数模转换芯片DAC161和模数采样芯片ADS1246来完成设计,电流输出采用单线隔离通讯方式.软件算法采用卡尔曼滤波技术来提高采集精度,充分利用STM32的DMA数据传输技术快速处理采集数据.此外通过电源控制、环路检测以及自动休眠等方法降低系统功耗.经测试,此便携式恒流源能够模拟恒流输出、电流输出和检测精度高,且系统功耗低.
