金刚石化学镀镍预处理工艺的改进
金刚石化学镀镍预处理工艺的改进王树元;李晓箐【摘要】为了改进金刚石切割片中的树脂结合剂与磨粒之间相互的粘结程度,以希望达到覆着刺状金属层效果,文中对金刚石化学镀的预处理工艺进行了优化改进.采用了将金刚石粉末加入铬酸洗液中进行浸泡11h的亲水处理,选择了离子钯活化液实现活化处理.实验结果表明:未经亲水化处理的镍-磷镀层,部分晶面出现漏层现象,而亲水处理过的镀层无此现象;改进工艺能够实现凹凸不平的较厚的镀层的形成;酸性镀液的沉积速率相对较快,但采用该镀液获得的镀层的形貌大都平整光滑,很少出现刺状镀层,碱性镀液沉积速率虽然较低,但施镀温度低,镀液络合稳定常数较高,镀液更稳定,且在碱性镀液中更容易实现人造金刚石表面的刺状镀层的获得.%In order to improve the bonding degree between resin binder and abrasive particles of diamond slicing disk and to achieve the spiny coating covered effect,the pretreatment process for electroless nickel plating on diamond was improved.The diamond powder was added into chromic acid bath and soaked for 11 hours for hydrophilic treatment,and ionic palladium activation solution was chose to realize the activa tion treatment.The experimental results showed that,leakage on the part of the surface could be observed on the coating without hydrophilic treatment,but same phenomenon did not occurred on the coating treated by hydrophilic.The uneven and thick coating can be obtained by the improved process.The plating rate of acid plating bath was relatively fast,but the morphology of the coating obtained in this plating bath was mostly smooth,and there was few barbed coating.Although the plating rate of alkaline solution waslow,the plating temperature was low,the complexing stability constant of this plating solution was higher,the plating solution was more stable,and it was easier to obtain the thorn like coating on the surface of synthetic diamond in alkaline.【期刊名称】《电镀与精饰》【年(卷),期】2017(039)011【总页数】4页(P5-8)【关键词】金刚石;镍-磷合金;化学镀;亲水;离子钯活化液【作者】王树元;李晓箐【作者单位】河北科技师范学院,河北秦皇岛066004;河北科技师范学院,河北秦皇岛066004【正文语种】中文【中图分类】TQ153.3随着近年来微电子、光电子行业的迅速崛起,硅基的各类芯片不断被工业化生产,对单晶硅片的需求也有了快速的提高[1-3]。

2、该机适用于煤巷、半煤岩巷的巷道掘进,也可在铁路、公路、水利工程等隧道施工中使用。
3、最大定位截割断面26.4m2,截割硬度不大于80Mpa,要求环境温度为0℃~40℃,最大空气相对湿度不超过95%(在25℃时),使用地点海拔不超过2000m,坡度范围在±18°之间。

二、操作人员的职责操作者严格按照手册的相关规定负责设备的操作,熟记操作方式,避免由于误操作而造成事故。
操作者和设备附近从事任何工作的人员必须是经过培训的熟练工人。
如发生会影响安全的任何故障,应立即停止设备的工作。
设备停止工作、检修及交班时,必须将截割头降至地面或其下面放置垫块。
操作人员必须熟悉火灾报警系统和灭火器具。
在启动设备之前,操作人员应确认以下事项:1.所有日常检查和维护项目都已完成。
2.所有的开关(1)处在关闭位置,操作手柄(2)置于中间位置,确定所有的急停按钮(3)未被按下3.所有与作业无关人员都已离开危险区域。
4.操作人员因故要离开操作台时,必须完成以下操作:操作手柄放置中间位置,电源开关移至关闭位置;按下急停按钮以防止因误碰操作手柄及开关而突然启动设备;设备停止工作、检修及交班时,必须将截割头降至地面或其下面放置垫块,电控箱断路器手柄移至断开位置。
三、全体作业人员的职责如果有任何可能引起设备非正常操作或者存在潜在危险的异常现象,均应及时的汇报给主管,如有可能应及时纠正异常情况。

氯胺酮及内源性大麻素系统在快速抗抑郁中的作用研究进展姚亚民;方贻儒【摘要】抑郁症是现代社会一类常见且严重的情感障碍疾病,其进展后期常伴随有自杀意念及自杀行为,给社会、家庭带来沉重负担.抗抑郁药物治疗对一部分重度抑郁症患者无明显疗效,这一类抑郁症又称为耐药性抑郁症(treatment resistant depression,TRD).有研究报道了氯胺酮的快速及长效的抗抑郁作用,对TRD亦有明显的治疗效果.大麻中的主要活性物质Δ9-四氢大麻酚也可通过作用于脑内大麻素受体发挥快速抗抑郁作用,这2种中枢神经兴奋剂都具有明显的不良反应,属于严格管控的精神活性物质.该文结合近年来相关研究就氯胺酮及内源性大麻素系统快速抗抑郁作用作一综述.%Major depression disorder (MDD) is a common but serious affective disorder in modern society. Suicide idea and suicide behaviour induced by MDD during its later stage put a heavy burden on society and family. Anti-depression drugs lack efficiency in treating a portion of MDD patients. This is referred to as treatment resistant depression (TRD). A study reported the rapid onset and long lasting anti-depression effect of ketamine, which also come into effect in TRD patients. Δ9-Tetrahydrocannabinol is the active substance of marijuana, which also exerts rapid anti-depression effect via targeting at brain cannabinoid receptors. The two central nerve system stimulants belonging to the tightly controlled psychoactive substances have obvious adverse effects.
