This combination produces a device with the power handling capabilities of bipolar transistors and the high input impedance and positive temperature coefficient inherent in MOS devices. Characteristic of all MOS structures, this device is free from thermal runaway and thermally-induced secondary breakdown.Supertex’s vertical DMOS FETs are ideally suited to a wide range of switching and amplifying applications where very low threshold voltage, high breakdown voltage, high input impedance, low input capacitance, and fast switching speeds are desired.N-Channel Enhancement-ModeVertical DMOS FETAbsolute Maximum Ratings are those values beyond which damage to the device may occur. 浅析西门子3RW22系列软起动器
1 电机的传统起动方式1.1直接电网起动当自身容量不大或电动机拖动负载较轻时,电动机可以采用直接起动。
这种方式可使电机的起动转矩达到额定转矩的1.5~2.8倍,起动电流达到额定值的4~8倍,这么大的起动电流将造成电网电压的显著下降,影响同一电网其他电气设备和电子设备的正常运行,不仅使供电系统受到电流峰值的冲击,还使受加工物件受到大的机械应力影响。
一般规定,额定功率低于7.5k W 的异步电动机允许直接起动。
1.2星/三角起动对于正常运行时采用形联结的异步电动机,若起动时改接成Y 形联结,则定子每相电压可降为电源电压的的,从而实现降压起动,这种方法被称为起动。
采用起动方式要求必须选取好星→三角的切换点,此工作比较困难,而且还不可能完全避免电流和转矩冲击的发生。
1.3定子接电阻起动和自耦变压器起动定子接电阻起动和自耦变压器起动相当于降低定子绕组的外加电压。
由三相异步电动机的等效电路可知:起动电流正比于定子绕组的电压,因而定子接电阻起动和自耦变压器起动可以达到减小起动电流的目的。
但考虑到起动转矩与定子绕组电压的平方成正比,起动转矩会降低的更多。
因此,这种起动方法仅仅适用于轻载起动场合。
这两种方式都属于降低加在定子端电压来减小起动转矩和起动电流值的方法,但在切换时也不可完全避免电流和转矩的冲击。
2 软起动的优势2.1软起动器简介软起动器(软启动器)是一种集电机软起动、软停车、轻载节能和多种保护功能于一体的新颖电机控制装置,国外称为Soft Starter。
软启器采用三相反并联晶闸管作为调压器,将其接入电源和电动机定子之间。
这种电路如三相全控桥式整流电路。
使用软启动器启动电动机时,晶闸管的输出电压逐渐增加,电动机逐渐加速,直到晶闸管全导通,电动机工作在额定电压的机械特性上,实现平滑启动,降低启动电流,避免启动过流跳闸。
待电机达到额定转数时,启动过程结束,软启动器自动用旁路接触器取代已完成任务的晶闸管,为电动机正常运转提供额定电压,以降低晶闸管的热损耗,延长软启动器的使用寿命,提高其工作效率,又使电网避免了谐波污染。

If the lamp is not struck after the first pulse, the system starts a new ignition sequence again. 3/ Steady state When the lamp is on the running voltage is about 150V and the starter switch is in the off-state. The pre-heating period can be determined by the time constant of a capacitor-resistor circuit charged by the voltage drop of diodes used in series in the thyristor cathode.
