语法
there be句型表达的是“某个地方存在某人/某物”；have/has则表示“某 人拥有某物”，强调物品归某人所属，它的前面要加一个主语。

就近原则 如果there be 句型中有两个或两个以上的主语时，be动词要和离它最近 的那个主语在数上保持一致。如： There is a pen and some books on the desk.
