1Introduction(简介)
1.About software(软件概况)
FUHAI Loading Program is a software system for ship loading calculation on-board in real time. It has friendly user interface. Using this system, user can load container quickly or input tanks data easily. The stability can be calculated and the distribution of shear force and bending moment of the ship under the loading condition can be obtained.
福海船舶装载仪是一个船舶运行的装载计算软件,具有友好的操作界面,能快捷地
输入集装箱数据和液舱重量数据,并能迅速地计算出船舶浮态和稳性,以及船舶的剪
力弯矩分布状况。
Main function are following(功能简介):

3Installation(安装)
Please insert the CD of FUHAI software into CD driver, and search Setup item ( SETUP.EX E ) In the
CD , then click it to
start installation.
Following user interface will be displayed on screen automatically:
将光盘放入光驱,打开光盘,运行Setup.exe,按提示操作:
Press Enter key or click Next button to enter next step of the installation, click Cancel button to exit
the installation.If you want change the installation folder,please click the button <Change> to change the destination folder.
首先按《下一步》按钮(如果退出安装,按《取消》);若不改变安装路径,可直接
《按下一步》,否则,如果想改变路径,按《更改》按钮修改路径
The default directory into which the system will be installed is ‘C:\Program Files\Fuhai Loading
Program’.Continue to press "Next" then the installation procedure will be start.
默认的安装目录为“C:\Program Files\Fuhai Loading Program”,继续安装按《下一步》按钮
后,系统就准备开始安装:
再按《下一步》按钮后,系统开始安装,结束后出现一个结束对话框:
Now the installation is finished,and there is an icon on the screen.
按《完成》成功安装。
安装后,在桌面上有一个图标:
4Starting Program(启动)
Double click the icon of FUHAI in the Windows interface or select "program/FuHai Loading Program" to start the loading program。
双击电脑桌面上的“FUHAI" 图标,或选择开始/程序/ FuHai Loading Program ,就可以启动装载程序。
The following interface will be displayed:
系统和语言选择窗口:
If your windows operation system is Chinese, please select "CHINESE" to use Chinese language, or
select "ENGLISH" to use English language. Otherwise if you windows operation is English, please
select "ENGLISH OPERATION SYSTEM".
如果纯中文或纯英文的装载软件,直接进入下一画面,否则你可以选择三种情况:
1.CHINESE(中文):中文操作系统,中文界面
2.ENGLISH(中文操作系统):中文操作系统,英文界面
3.ENGLISH OPERATION SYSTEM:英文操作系统,英文界面
After you select, the loading program interface is like this:
此时桌面上出现福海装载仪软件的启动窗口:
When user enters the system for the first time, the system will open a dialog box and ask user to input password. The default password is none but you can set the password in the program. You can click
‘Exit’ to quit the system also.
此时需正确输入用户口令,方能使用软件。
初始不设置密码,用户可在菜单中设置或更改密码。
The main menu is in the top of windows,and under the menu is the toolbar,the right windows display the ship state.
窗口的上面是主菜单,然后是工具栏,中间是装载计算区域,右侧显示船舶的浮态。

Note:Green is normal value, Red means the value is out of rule or limit

5File(文件)
5.1N ew(新建工况)
You can click ‘New’ on ‘File’ menu to create a new loading status. Then a dialog is bring up on
screen.
新建一个工况:
You can select a template file(has .tpl extension) to create a new loading condition, then you should give a name for the new condition:
从列表中选择一个模板文件,按《打开》:
Click ‘OK’, main interface of the loading condition will be displayed.
给工况取一个名字,再按《OK》
5.2Save(保存工况)
If the condition is has been modified,it will be ask to save when switch to other condition.
如果工况已经修改过,在切换工况时,会提示是否保存工况:
When answer is "Y",save the condition
如果回答“Y",将保存工况;
When answer is "N",not save the condition
如果回答”N",将放弃修改部分,恢复到上次保存状态;
When answer is "Cancel",
如果回答“取消”:
1. If you open another condition,the current will not be saved.
1. 切换过程中暂时保持原来状态,但如果打开新的工况,将不保存原来的工况!
2. If you use this save function,it will not save but keep the modify state.
2. 使用此保存功能时,不保存,也不恢复,保持修改状态。
The current condition will be saved when exit the loading program.
另外,当当前工况修改后,没有按保存而直接退出,软件将自动保存工况。
5.3Save as(工况另存为)
The current condition will be saved with other name by selecting Save As command in File menu .
将当前工况另存为其他名字的工况:
Please input the new condition name at "file name",and then press "Save" to save the condition.
在《文件名》处输入新的工况名称,然后按《保存》。
5.4Open(打开工况)
Select the command ‘Open condition’ from File menu to open an existent loading status. Then a
dialog will be bring up to screen:
选择菜单“打开工况”,将打开一个已经存在的工况:
Select condition,the condition information is list in the rectangle,please press "OK" to open the select
condition.
你可以在列表中择一个工况,查看工况的油水配置情况,并且可以【确定】打开该工
况。
If you change the selection,the data that list in the sub window will change with the selection condition.
当你的择更改时,油水的配置会随工况不同而变化,同时你还可以更改油水配置:
1.Normal(实配):actual state(工况油水实际配置)
2. Departure(出港):departure state(出港油水配置)
3. Arrival(到港):arrival state(到港油水配置)
[OK](确定):Open the select condition(打开所选工况)
[Open As Normal](打开为实配): Copy the departure or arrival state to actual state.
如果选择出港或到港油水配置,那么使用本功能就将所油水配置复制到实配状态
[Cancel](取消): Close the dialog (关闭对话框,不做选择)
[Delete](删除):Delete the select condition but the current condition.(删除所工况,但注意当前工况时删除不了的)
5.5Open Standard(打开标准工况)
Open a standard condition(打开一个标准工况):
Select the standard condition from the list table,
and press [OK] to select.
从下拉表中选择一个工况,按〈OK〉。
It will not be saved if you try to modify the standard
condition , and these conditions only for checking
by Class.
标准工况是根据装载手册制作的,是不能
修改的,一般请不要使用,只有在船检时
为了检验是否是船级社批准的装载仪,才
调用标准工况。

5.9Password(密码)
The initial password is null,you can set the password use the next function.
初始密码为空,用户可自行设置喜爱的密码。
5.10Change password(密码更改)
The step of change the password(更改密码步骤):
1.Input the old password(首先输入原密码):
2.Input the new password twice(输入正确后输入新密码两次):
3.Press[OK] (并按〈OK〉确认修改)。
5.11Exit(退出)
Exit the loading program(退出系统)
6Arrangement(分类)
6.1Voyage information(航次信息)
1. The ship name is cannot be change
(船名是不能更改的)
2. The sea water gravity should be modified when make a new condition
(每个航次首先要确定海水比重)
3.or when survey the six draft
(或在某个港口查验吃水时)
4.The "Date","Dep.Port","Dest.Port",are to help you memories the condition.
(出发港和目的港以及日期仅仅是方便大副记忆)
5."Limited Draft of Sea-lane" is to limited the draft value, when the draft is larger than the limited draft,it
will make an alarm to warning the user.
(航道吃水限制的设置,可提醒大副进港或在浅航道航行中的吃水限制)
6.Other data is the ships principal particular data.
( 其他数据为船舶特征参数)
6.2Constant(船员和常数)
Input the data of crew,provision,food,ice,constant and other weight.
输入船员、食品、备品、结冰、船舶常数或其他重量:
6.3Cargoes load(货舱货)
Input the load weight of cargoes(输入货物的装载重量):

You can input data by weight and .S.F. Volume %,and by double click the Cargos column of every
hold to change the cargos type.
可以输入重量、积载因子、百分比、体积来改变装载状态,而双击货物一栏,可改
变货物装载类别,如普通货(Gengral),谷物(装载谷物时,部分装载Partly、平舱Trim、不平舱UnTrim)
Attention(注意):
1.Select the cargo type at first(首先应该选择货物类别).
2. Modify the S.F.,input the data directly,or press "S.F." to input the S.F. and select the unit:
(然后修改积载因子,直接修改SF,或用菜单上的比重修改功能来修改SF,其中应选择积载因子的单位)
3.Input the weight ,volume or percent( 再修改重量或体积或百分比).
For every hold,select the cargoes’ item, It will pop up a choosing windows after you clicking the arrow.
You can choose the cargo type .
(对于每个货舱都要选择货物类别,通过单击箭头弹出的列表来选择货物类别)
本船只有普通货(General)
While inputting the weight, if you input data with "f", such as "4500f”, it will calculate the S.f.
automatically according as full loading.If there is some trouble for input the value,you should input
zero to clear the weight first.
如果知道装载重量,同时确认是装满整个货舱的,可以输入重量后加f,如“4500f”,系统将自动计算出相应的积载因子。
如果输入数据时不能修改等异常现象,可以先将货舱清零后重新输入。
6.4Tanks load(压载水等液舱)

The Inn/Ull ,Volume,Density,Weight,Fill can be input directly by user. Move cursor to relevant row and column and click the left key of the mouse then input the data and click Enter key to confirm. All other relevant data will be updated automatically.
用户可通过输入深度,体积,比重,重量,百分比等修改液舱,输入后通过移动光标或回车来确认数据输入,当前舱的其他数据会自动更新。
Use menu function:"Options/Trim of sounding" to input the trim.this trim will be used to calculated
the volume in the tank when input the sound or ullage of tanks
用户功能"选项/纵倾输入"可以设置测量液舱时的船舶纵倾。

LCG重心距艉(From AP)或距舯(From Mid)
TCG重心距中纵剖面(From Mid Section)

The maximum number is 50,When add a new item,the weight must be input first.
大件货最多可输入50件,如果要输入一个大件货,请先输入重量,然后再输入其他数据。
If you want delete a bale,please input 0 at column weight.
如果要删除一个大件货,请在重量一栏输入0即可。
7Container(集装箱)
7.1BayPlan
Open the container view(打开集装箱装载视窗)
1.The side plan of the ship (船舶侧视图)
Display the box number of each tier.(显示每一层的箱数)
If you press the left button,it will hide the side plan.
如果按左侧按钮,可以将侧视图收起。
If the total weight of one row is larger than the limited,it will make a alarm:
(当装载一个集装箱后,如果当前(甲板或舱内)的一堆集装箱超过许用堆重,那么会提示以下信息)
and prompt the alarm at right window(并且在右侧提示)
2.The bayplan of the container(集装箱BAYPLAN)
Display the bayplan,there are 17 bays in the ship,now only display a part of bays,if you want to operate other bays,there are two ways:
显示bayplan,这里一共有17个bay,但现在只显示了部分bay,有两种方法可切换到其他bay
I) close the side view (收起侧视图)
II) press the button of the left mouse at the bayplan view,then move left or move right.(按下鼠标左键向左或向右拖动)
If you move the mouse and press the left button at a container site,the current container will be change to you selected.
(可移动光标到需要操作的箱位并按下鼠标左键,可选择新的箱位)
If you double click the mouse at this area,it will go to the report for current bay.
(如果在相应的BAY区域内双击左键,将切换到出单BAY打印图的状态)
3.The current bayplan(当前BAY):
If you move the mouse the to a container site,the current container will be change to you selected.
If you double click the mouse at a container site,it will delete the container or restore the container.
(显示当前BAY的装载状态,并可在上面操作,如删除,复制,移动,装载, 在箱子上双击鼠标左键,可以将该箱删除)
4.The excel table for list the container data(使用EX CEL表查看集装箱装载数据)
If the container is not load on the site that is not have a foot,like this case:
(如果在一个集装箱下面没有支撑的位置,如下:)
It will promt the information(那么会提示以下信息)
5.Functions:(各种功能)
I) Left function(左侧功能)
When move the mouse on the label in this toolbar , it will display a window, and when move the mouse left the label,the window will hide.(当你在工具条上移动鼠标到某个标签上,将会弹出一个窗口,而鼠标移走后,窗口自动隐藏)
But if you want left the window on the screen,you should move down the mouse left the toolbar.
(但如果你要把打开的信息窗口保留在屏幕上,请向下移动鼠标并离开工具条)
1)Port Code(挂港)
2)Summary(统计)
3)Pile Weight(堆重)
4)Box T ype(箱型)
II)Right function(右侧功能)
1) T ype (显示类型):Loading port/Disharging port/Weight/T ype(装港/卸港/重量/箱别)
2) Move (移动):Switch the Copy/Move mode(切换移动或复制模式)
Press the left key and move the mouse to take the box to another site,or copy the box to another site.
当“移动”时,将光标移到要移动的箱子上,然后按住鼠标左键将该箱拖动到目标箱位上
当“复制”时,将光标移到要复制的箱子上,然后按住鼠标左键将该箱复制到目标箱位上
3) Default (缺省设置): Input the default container data(输入缺省的集装箱数据)
4) Loaded (已装箱):Swith Loaded/Waiting mode(切换已装或待装模式)
Loaded mode: list the boxs in the condition(已装模式:已经装载
的集装箱)
Waiting mode:list the boxs in waiting state(待装模式:等待装载的集装箱,可能来自excel文件,也可能是被删除的箱子)
5) Pre (前):Previous box site(前一个箱位)
6) Next(后):Next box site(后一个箱位)
6. Input window(输入窗口)
7.2Current bay(当前Bay)
Now the current bay is bay 3,that is be enclosed by a rectangle(当前BAY有一个框框包围,如当前BAY为03):
Move the mouse to the target bay,then press the left key to select the bay.
( 移动光标到需要操作的BAY位置,然后左键按下,可更改当前BAY)
This menu includes several sub menu(当前BAY的操作菜单):
---- Press the right key of the mouse to the quick menu(使用鼠标右键可快速进入菜单)
Full load bay(全BAY装载):Full load the bay with default box(根据缺省的装箱信息,将整个当
前BAY 装载)。
Full load tier(整TIER装载):Full load the tier with default box(根据缺省的装箱信息,将光标所在的一层装载)
Clear bay(清除BAY):Clear the bay(将整个当前BAY清除)。
Clear tier(清除TIER):Clear the tier with the cursor (将光标所在的一层清除)。
Deck load(装载甲板):Full load on deck of the bay(根据缺省的装箱信息,将当前BAY的甲板装满)。
Hold load(装载舱内):Full load in hold of the bay(根据缺省的装箱信息,将当前BAY的舱内装满)。
7.3All bay(所有Bay)
This menu includes several sub menu:(所有BAY的操作菜单):
Clear all(全部清除):Clear all the box in the ship(将所有集装箱清除)。
Full load tier(全船按TIER装载):Full load in the tier that has the cursor all of the ship.
(根据缺省的装箱信息,对全船所有BAY的光标所在层装载)。
Clear tier(全船按TIER清除):Clear the box that in the cursor's tier (对所有bay,将光标所在的一层清除)。
7.4Setting Loading Port(设置挂港代码)
Set the port code of the voyage may be go through the sea lane(设置航路上的港口代码):
Every port code only includes three character(只允许三个字符)。
7.5Set default box(设置默认箱)
Set the default data of the box(设置默认箱的信息):
7.6Empty box weight(空箱设置)
Set the weight of empty box(设置空箱重量):

When you use this function, first ask you:(读取时,首先询问是否保留现有的集装箱):

Answer "Y" to overwrite,answer "N" to keep the exist box(回答“Y”覆盖同一箱位的集装箱,回
答“N”,不覆盖)。
Then select the data file that include the box data(然后请选择集装箱数据文件):
Note that it must be the standard bay plan file of China(注意必须是我国标准的集装箱EDI文件)。
Open the data file(the file format is "txt")(选中文件后按“打开”),
If the format of the file is error,it will tell you(如文件格式不对会报错):
If the data file is correct,it will read the data and display the box information in the window
(读取正确时,出现集装箱清单窗口):
The sign "*" is means the box site is error(符号"*"表示读入的集装箱没有对应的箱位) This data file includes 116 containers, and 70 containers have not the incorrect sites.
(本次读入共116个集装箱信息,找不到箱位的有70个箱)
Press "Cancel" to cancel the read,press "continue" to confirm the read.
(按"Cancel"中断这次读取,按"Continue"继续则表示接受读取的集装箱数据)

8.2Stability(稳性计算)

Use function [File/Print] to print,or use[Report/Print Report] to print to PDF file.
使用打印功能可将结果打印出来.
If the result is not be up to the standard,it will be prompt X:
如果有指标不符合要求,将提示"X":
8.3Strength(强度计算)
The result of strength(强度计算结果):
百分比是指计算值与许用值的比率。
右侧显示部分肋骨位置的切力和弯矩。
当切力或弯矩超过许用值时,百分比用红色提示报警,并在屏幕的下方显示警告信息,如果开启喇叭,则声音报警。
Allo.(kN): the allowable value of shearing force or bending moment.(剪力或弯矩的许用值)
Act.(kN): the act value of shearing force or bending moment.(剪力或弯矩的实际值)
%: [ Act.] / [Allo.] * 100(剪力或弯矩的实际值占许用值的百分比)
The blue curve is shearing fore,and the red curve is bending moment, the coordinate of shearing force is positive ,and the coordinate of bending monent is opposite.
在曲线土上,切力上为正,下为负,用兰色表示;反过来,弯矩上为负,下为正,用红色表示;
Use function [File/Print] to print,or use[Report/Print Report] to print.
使用打印功能可将结果打印出来.
8.4Draft Survey(六面水尺测量)
Input the six draft to calculate the displacement(输入六面水尺并计算排水量)。
In the first,please input the six draft,and the seawater gravity,and then press "calculate" to calculatet.

Please select the report that you want to print.
If the report is not start from page 1,you can modify the "Start page"(可以勾选要打的报告,也可以设置报告的页码)。
If you do not select the "Make PDF",the report will print to screen,and then you can print it to printer
(如不勾选“Make PDF",那么将显示的报告内容直接使用打印机打印)。

Click the right button of the mouse can select loading port or discharge port(鼠标右键可选择打印装港还是卸港)

New) 首先,用鼠标左键按工具栏的,弹出一个模板选择对话框(参见 5. 1 新建工况)
Then select the template "Light Ship.tpl"
然后选择模板"Light Ship.tpl"
Press the button "Open(O)"(按“打开(O)"按钮):
And then the "New Condition Name" window will be pop up , a new name should be input:然后屏幕上会弹出一个窗口要求输入工况名称。
Now input the condition name "02-KZX CG- Empty&Heavy TEU Departure(1CC TEU)".
现在输入工况名称“02-KZX CG- Empty&Heavy TEU Departure(1CC TEU)”。
Press the button "OK" to confirm,and then a new condition has been make.
按下确认按钮,一个新工况就建好了。
The condition is like the "Light Ship",because it is nothing in the ship.
工况类似于空船工况“Light Ship”,因为还没有输入任何项目。
