Dear Susan,
I have read your letter and known about your problems.
I know you are not happy these days. You say you are not allowed to use computer by your mother. You should tell your mother that you will finish your homework before playing computers. Besides playing computers, there are also some other ways can make you relaxed. I think playing sports is also a very good way of relaxing.
You say you are putting on weight and you think you become so heavy that you feel you aren’t healthy. In my opinion, one of the most important ways of losing weight for keeping healthy is to be on a diet. You should pay attention to your diet. Do not eat too much each meal and do not eat junk food such as fast food, chips and so on. Another useful way I want to tell you is that you should take exercise every day.
I hope my advice can be helpful.
Yours,
Anna。
