Veronica: Hello!
Leticia: Don't you move a muscle.
Veronica: Take it easy, Leticia.
Leticia: You're working with them, aren't you? Think I'm stupid, lady? I hear the clicks on my phone, I see the cars out there on the street.
Veronica: I know you're scared. I am, too. But, please, put the gun down. Where you going?
Leticia: Ireland. What difference does it make?
Veronica: It makes all the difference. Nobody's ever gotten your testimony.
Leticia: That's exactly the reason I'm still breathing.
Veronica: I'm not with them, Leticia. You have to believe me.
Leticia: Oh, yeah? Then what you sneaking in here for?
Veronica: I thought maybe they'd gotten to you.
Leticia: Oh, yeah? And why do you care so much about my well-being, all of a sudden?
Veronica: I don't.
Leticia: Finally, an honest answer.
Veronica: But maybe you can save Lincoln. And maybe you can bring down the guys who killed your boyfriend in the process. If somebody killed you, and Crab could have done something to the guys who did it--- you think he would have? Leticia: I'm not as strong as he was. I can't take those people on.
Veronica: I'll take 'em on. All you have to do is come to my office and tell me what you know. I'll type it up, you can sign the affidavit, and split. I'll take you to the airport myself.
Policeman: How are those boneyard visits going with that girlfriend of yours? I imagine pretty good, huh? You know, visitation rules stipulate that conjugals are only for married couples.
Sucre: But we're engaged. Besides, I got that coming to me 'cause I ain't caused no static in this place. Please don't dead my conjugals.
Policeman: I won't.
Sucre: Thank you.
Policeman: But, in exchange, you have to tell me where that cell phone is.
Sucre: Cell phone?
Policeman: Don't play stupid with me. I'm giving you a chance to save your precious conjugals. You lie to me, they're gone, and they're never coming back. Where's that cell phone? Turner? Your transfer came in. They want you in administration.
Lincoln: He didn't talk.
Sucre: All I got to say is I better get to make all the calls I want.
Michael: Gonna be kind of hard.
Sucre: Soap? I lost my congugals over soap?!
Michael: You may have lost your conjugals, but I can do you one better. I can get you to her.
Sucre: To Maricruz. You can get me to Maricruz?
Michael: That's right.
Sucre: Yeah? And how you gonna do that?
Michael: We're breaking out of here.
Sucre: How?
Michael: It starts in our cell.
Sucre: In our cell?
Michael: To tell you the truth, it's already started.
Sucre: Ah. Are you crazy?! You think I want to break out of here? 16 months from now, I'm out the gate. I'm getting married, papi, and I'm sure as hell not doing it with no posse on my ass. Man, I ought to beat you six ways till Sunday! I lost my conjugals, pendejo. And all because of your little bar of soap.
Michael: I had to test you; see if you could keep a secret.
Sucre: You want a secret? I got a secret for you, Fish. You dig in my cell while I'm there, and I'm gonna split your wig. That went well.
妙语佳句，活学活⽤
1. Don't you move a muscle.
这句话想必⼤家都能猜出来是什么意思，就是“不许动!”同样意思的表达还有“Freeze!”如果你在美国，有⼈拿枪指着你说这句话，你要是听不懂，那可就糟糕了，他会打死你也是⽩打的。

2. take on
这⾥的意思是fight against (not physically, but mentally and otherwise)。

例如：David is going to take Jenny on during the competition.
3. play stupid
“装傻，假装不明⽩”的意思，例如：Don't play stupid with me. You took away my camera. 别跟我装傻。

就是你把我的相机拿⾛了。

4. papi
是个西班⽛语，意思是daddy。

可能很多读者会觉得奇怪，Sucre 为什么会称呼 Michael “daddy”，其实在英语俚语
中，daddy 常常⽤来称呼别⼈，就像我们汉语中称呼外⼈⽤的“⽼⼤”、“⼤哥”⼀样，⼥⽣也可以称呼⾃⼰的男朋友daddy。

同样在英语中，上了年纪的⼈常常称呼年轻的男⽣son，在汉语中我们把它译成“孩⼦”。

5. posse on my ass
Posse 在俚语中指“⼀群⼈，⼀伙⼈”，posse on one's ass 可以指“⼀伙⼈在追踪某⼈或是某⼈是团伙的成员，团伙不允许他退出”。

Sucre这⾥的意思是“我很确定，我不会和你们⼀起越狱，我不想被那帮警察追踪”。

6. Beat you six ways to / till Sunday
这是⼀个俚语，意思是beat someone up badly，例如：Hey, man! Behave or I'll beat you six ways to Sunday!
7. pendejo
这也是⼀个西班⽛语，意思是asshole。

Asshole 是骂⼈的脏话，很严重的那种，所以电视剧⾥⽤了西班⽛中的同义词来代替。
