英语语言文学专业硕博连读研究生培养方案
一、培养目标
本专业的培养目标是:德、智、体全面发展。

要求学生遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律,进一步掌握马克思主义的基本原理,贯彻执行中国共产党十六大关于“三个代表”的重要思想,具有良好的思想品德和科学修养,身心健康;在英语语言文学方面掌握坚实宽广的基础理论和系统深入的专业知识,成为在“英诗与诗论”、“功能语言学或应用语言学”、“当代西方文学/文化批评理论”方向做出创造性成果的高级科学研究人才和从事高校教学的高级专门人才。

三、招生对象
按中山大学《学位与研究生教育工作手册》的规定要求。

四、学习年限
学制5年,按中山大学《学位与研究生教育工作手册》及研究生院相关条例的规定执行。
