【摘要】目的：对硫酸镁联合低分子肝素钙治疗肺源性心脏病的临床效果进行探讨分析。

方法选取于2014年4月～2014年12月在我院心内科进行治疗的42例肺源性心脏病患者，根据治疗方法的不同将患者随机分为两组，对照组患者给予常规治疗，治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予硫酸镁联合低分子肝素钙进行治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。

结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，并且治疗组患者的PaO2，值显著高于对照组，PaCO2值显著低于对照组，两组数据对比差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

结论采用硫酸镁联合低分子肝素钙治疗肺源性心脏病具有显著的临床效果，值得在临床治疗中推广使用。

%Objective Clinical ef ect of magnesium sulfate combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium in treatment of pulmonary heart disease is to be discussed and analyzed. Methods Choose 42 patients of pulmonary heart disease who are treated in hospital from April 2014 to December 2014 and separate them into two groups according to dif erent treatment approaches. Patients in control group are given conventional treatment,while patients in study group are given magnesium sulfate combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium treatment in addition to conventional treatment. And then compare treatment ef icacy between two groups. Results The comparison result shows that treatment
ef iciency in study group is much higher than that in control group,and in addition,patients’PaO2, value is higher than counterpart in control group,but PaCO2 value is lower than that in control group;there is a treatment dif erential between the two groups, and such a dif erential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium is of clinical ef icacy in treatment of pulmonary heart disease,which is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinical y.
