Preceeding the FDI World Congress to be held during August 29 – September 1, 2012, the 2012 World Military Dental Congress, annual meeting of Section of Defence Forces Dental Services of FDI World Dental Federation (FDI), will be held at Room S423, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from August 27th to August 29th, 2012. Registration will be on August 26th and there will be a welcome reception in the evening of August 26th.
We trust that this year’s meeting will be a memorable and outstanding meeting for military dental professionals. It will provide an ideal platform and a great opportunity to exchange ideas, to broaden visions, to raise professional standards, and most important of all, to deepen friendships.
As Chairman of Executive Committee of SDFDS and co-Chairman of Local Organising Committee of FDI World Dental Federation, we cordially invite you to participate in this great event. Please note that your abstract entitled “Researches on knowledge of emergency treatment of tooth trauma among the stuff in a garrison” has been accepted for presentation at the meeting. Deadline for registration will be 30 June, 2012. Participants shall organize their own transport and accommodations. The designated hotel for SDFDS meeting is Renaissance Harbour View Hotel which is also one of the recommended FDI hotels. Delegates that wish to book their stay at Renaissance Harbour View Hotel must contact the FDI website (/hotels) for reservations.
