Given this point , it is very important for the teachers to help them expand their vocabulary . A tape recorder and multimedia computer will help me to achieve the aims.The Tas-based teaching method, Communicative teaching method and Group cooperation teaching method will be used in this period.Part Three Teaching procedures and purpose of my designin gI’ll finish this in five steps.Step1. Warm-up and preview1. Greetings2. Listen to the song Old MacDonald Has a Farm3. Review some words of animals such as dog, hen, cat and duc with flash cards.P It is important to form a better English learning surrounding for the students by singing. And at the same time it provides situations to review learned nowledge for the net step.Step 2. PresentationNow I will mainly tal about this step.1. First I will show students a picture of farm, and as students what they can see on the farm. Then lead to the new words cow, sheep, horse one by one. Practice these words and phrases with “High and Low Voice”.P To present the ey phrases one by one is much easier for the students to learn and grasp the meanings.2. CAI shows pics of sheep, cows and horses, let students to count the number. Then lead to the new words thirteen, fourteen, fifteen and siteen.P With the help of CAI, the students can get a better understanding of the tet.3. Play tape recorder once and lead to the sentence pattern “I have….”. Then the T plays the tape recorder twice or three times, let students listen and imitate the dialogue. Pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation.P Accurate pronunciation is very important in English learning. Teacher should train the students? ability of imitation consciously.Step 3. PracticePlay a game. (What is different!)PPT shows a couple of pictures, let students to find out the differences of these pictures. The group which finds out first will win a point. Teachers should know more about students’feature and then ask them to give a response in due course.◆Activity learning :students tend to lack interest in learning english .The best way to enhance their motive to learn is activity ,because most of students like activity .◆Group work : ask students to find partners to make a dialogue byusing some related vocabulary and sentence patterns that they have learned in this class .
