比较级的具体用法：（两者之间进行比较）
1.用来把彼此独立的事和人进行比较，表示“比……更……”，标志词than
例句：He is taller than his father.他比他父亲高。

She runs faster than Lucy.她比Lucy跑得快。

2.当讲某两个事物在某一方面是一样的，可以用“as+形容词/副词+as”，（这里的形容词和副词都用原级）
例句：Jack is as tall as Mike.杰克和麦克同样高。

【拓展】否定比较级：no t as …as…/less…than
例句：This storybook is less interesting than that one.这本故事书不如那本好玩。

I don’t write as/so well as Harry.我不如Harry写得好。

3.双重比较法，可以表示持续不断的变化（留意后面不能跟than引导的比较状语从句）
例句：They are studying harder and harder.他们学习越来越努力。

Our hometown gets more and more beautiful.我们的家乡变得越来越秀丽。

4.表示两个变化是一起发生的，可以用比较形式和the一起用，表示“越……，就越……”
例句：The higher the mountain, the thinner the air is.山越高，空气越淡薄。

The earlier you start, the sooner you will be back.你动身得越早，你回来得越快。

最高级的具体用法：（三者或三者以上进行比较）
1.表示“最……”
例句：Li Jun is the tallest in his class.李军是他班级最高的。

He works the hardest in his class.他是班上最努力的。

2.当最高级的前面无限定词the或者有不定冠词a/an时，只表示“很……，格外……”
例句：Monday is my busiest day.周一是我很忙的一天。

Qingdao is a most beautiful coastal city.青岛市一个格外秀丽的海滨城市。
