【摘要】The majority of the appearance of the product is realized through painting, and some products pattern and identification is accomplished through the use of tooling leakage type assisted spraying, so the tooling leakage type has an irreplaceable role in painting, storage and management but many tooling leakage type, become a heavy work. Through the systematic management summary in practice production spray product identification tooling leakage fonts, will more than 1200 tooling leakage type matrix number, manufacturing, management and production preparation information together in one painting, make simple management of drain font tooling leakage type in production.%多数产品外观是通过喷漆实现的，而一些产品的图案与标识则是通过使用工装模型辅助喷涂完成，因此工装模型在喷漆中具有无可替代的作用，但众多工装模型的贮存与管理，成为一项繁重的工作。

通过总结生产实践中喷涂产品标识用工装漏字模的系统化管理，将1200余项工装漏字模的编号、制造、管理与生产准备信息汇集于一体，使喷漆用漏字模工装在生产中的管理简单化。
