幸福？作为尖峰的一员，我们不得不思考这些问题？
作为哈佛大学选修人数最多的课程之一、塔尔·宾－夏哈尔博士主讲的《幸福课》（又名积极心理学）或许会告诉我们某些答案。

学习过这门课程的哈佛学
生说：该课程"改变了他们的一生"，那么我们如何利用课程为我们的班级工作
服务，为孩子的一生服务？学习的过程中，希望我们一起思考。

将班主任工作，与《幸福课》紧密结合起来，让我们一起行动！
