WEATHER
The drive up into the mountains was gorgeous. As we climbed higher and higher, the air became cool and crisp.
The mountain was covered with haze, and the peak was hidden in clouds.
As we neared the peak, the fog had thickened. Because of the dense, thick fog, we couldn’t see things in front of us.
The next morning, the fog had lifted, and there was only a slight mist.
Suddenly we noticed a change in the weather. Clouds rolled in and it began to sprinkle. There was a light drizzle. But soon the clouds began to darken, and there were big gusts of wind. Then, there was a downpour. The thunder was terrible, and the lightning hit a near by tree.
