PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an executable measures analysis evaluation
system and program for executing evaluation analysis in executing measures to a certain method or system about change accompanied with current situations or the execution of measures.
SOLUTION: In executing prescribed measures to a certain method or system for the purpose of its improvement, evaluation items whose effects are more significant according to the execution of the measures are specified first, and the current situations are analyzed and evaluated under a preliminarily set condition category, and visually displayed or quantitatively grasped according to evaluation coefficients. Also, the analysis and evaluation of every condition category is respectively executed about the evaluation items in a plurality of timings before and after the execution of the measures. The analysis/evaluation results at the plurality of points of timings are time-sequentially evaluated before and after the execution of the measures, and the analysis of effects based on the execution of the measures is executed, and the results are visually displayed, or quantitatively grasped according to the evaluation coefficients.
