【摘要】通过录像观察法、数理统计法及逻辑分析法，以CBA联赛2012-2013
赛季山东黄金男篮为研究对象，对取得优异成绩的指标因素分析。

研究指出：球馆的多容量带来的多球迷支持和年轻化本土球员的培养策略，以及三外援规则的合理运用是取得优异成绩的重要原因，另外针对全运会契机提出锻炼本土球员的建议。

%Through video observation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis ,as The Men’s basketball team of Shandong gold in 2012-2013 season CBA league for the research object, and analysis of factors why it gets good results. Research suggests that multiple capacity of arena fans support and strategy of the cultivation of the young players, and the reasonable use of the three rules of foreign aid is the important reason to get good results, in addition to the national games suggest exercise players an opportunity.
