某社区卫生服务中心医务人员健康体检结果分析

【摘要】Objective:To know the health condition of the medical and health personnel of Jinze Community Health Service Center to provide a reference for the health management. Methods:The health screening was done for the medical and health personnel and their results were statistically analyzed. Results:The top three chronic non-infectious diseases of their health screening abnormalities were dyslipidemia, fatty liver and hypertension, respectively. The total abnormality rate of the male was higher than that of the female, and there was a younger trend. Conclusion:The scientiifc health management should be developed for the medical and health personnel.%目的：了解金泽镇社区卫生服务中心医务人员健康状况，为健康管理提供参考。

方法：健康体检；统计分析。

结果：体检异常率前三位的慢性非传染性疾病是血脂异常、脂肪肝、高血压；异常率总体男性高于女性，且有年轻化趋势。

结论：应开展科学化的职工健康管理。
