石墨电极中英文说明

石墨电极是电冶炼工业中重要的导电材料，具有良好的导电、导热性，机械强度高，高温下抗氧化腐蚀性能好，广泛应用于电弧炼钢炉、矿热电炉（生产铁合金、纯硅、黄磷、冰铜、电石等）、电阻炉（如生产石墨电极的石墨化炉、熔化玻璃的熔炉、生产炭化硅的电炉等），已经成为当代原材料工业的重要组成部分。

根据使用时功率和电流的不同，采用不同原材料和生产工艺生产，可分为普通功率石墨电极、高功率石墨电极、超高功率石墨电极。按电极的直径不同，有φ75~700mm不同规格。根据用户的特殊要求，可加工生产特殊规格的石墨电极和异型石墨产品。

Graphite electrode is a major conduction material used in the electric smelting industry,which has the properties of superior electric conductivity,thermal conductivity,high mechanical strength,oxidation and corrosion resistance in high temperature,graphite electrode is typically used in EAF(for smelting steel),submerged-arc furnace(for producing ferrodalloy,pure silicon,phosphor,matte,calcium

carbide,etc,and electric resistance furnace,such as graphitization furnace producing graphite electrodes,glass-melting furnace,electric furnaces producing carborundum etc.

According to the power and the current capacity when using, adopt the different raw material and the production craft, it is divided into the RP graphite electrode, HP graphite electrode, UHP graphite electrode.According to the electrode diameter, it has 75~700mm different specification.According to user's special request, we may process and produce the special specification graphite electrode and the heterogeneous graphite product.
