第一章介绍飞行训练
飞行训练的意义
在这个手册中主要的初级训练和中级训练是获得捕获和磨练飞行的基本技术技能。
导航的基本定义如下；
•在飞行训练中熟悉的听力技能
•无论是在地面上还是在空中都要拥有精准细心的能力去操作运行飞机并且根据合理的声音判断出最优安全性操作和效率。
•有人说学习开飞机就跟学开汽车几乎是一样相同的。
这个类比是谬误的。
因为飞机的运转是在一个极其不同的三维空间环境，它需要一系列的动作技能可以更好的去适应以下情况; •协调能力—运用双手的经验操作和感觉去控制飞行在正常的情况下运转。
•时间选择—运用良好的协调能力在适当时机进行流利顺畅的飞行训练项目
•触摸控制—把握对飞机运行的敏感程度和它的可能的活动在应对突发的将来情况，通过速度的改变和压力上下的改变的传播来控制飞行。
•速度敏感—对突发情况的敏感能力并且对其不同速度的变化进行合理的反应。
一个飞行员成为了飞机的一部分而不是机器的运转者。
一个熟练的飞行员有能力去快速的分析特殊情况，推断出正确的程序在特殊的紧急情况下；努力在实践中练习为了保障安全。
为了认识出个人的局限性和飞机飞行的局限性和避免飞行相闯的事故。
飞行技术的发展需要飞行元学生和教官的共同努力和奉献精神，首先飞行训练应当从适当的习惯形成开始、形成良好的训练形式。
每架飞机都有自己特定的飞行特点。
然而，这主要的初级训练和中级训练的目的不是在特定的环境下和固定的模式进行飞行。
飞行训练的根本目的是在应对任何型号的飞行开发飞行技能和安全习惯。

FAA的作用
