1.3飞行记录本（FLB）用以记录飞机飞行时间、机组成员、油液添加等与飞行安全有关的使用信息，是公司营运状态统计工作的重要文件，也是实施航线维修、定期维修工作后提供适航性放行签证的文件。
1.4客舱记录本（CLB）用于记录飞机客舱内不影响飞行安全和飞机适航性项目（主要指一些服务性项目）的故障及排除措施，是公司改善服务工作的重要文件。
1.5单机档案指每一具体航空器从制造出厂直到退役时的一套完整全面的技术履历，它侧重于归纳整理航空器在整个服役期间所有有意义的使用和维修方面的事实和事件，是核查所有法定技术文件在该航空器上执行情况的基本依据。
1.6年检运人的飞机应当接受局方进行的年度适航性检查，符合CCAR121R2的要求并获得适航证签署或者其他方式的签署后才能继续投入运行。
1.7维修空器或航空器部件所进行的任何检测、修理、排故、定期检修、翻修和改装工作。

它受航空器评估组（AEG）指派的MRB主席的领导。
