本文基于YOLOv7网络架构进行了三方面改进:主干网络添加ECA注意力机制;用EIoU替换原模型损失函数;将原本的激活函数替换为Mish激活函数。
对比试验测试发现,改进后YOLOv7模型的mAP达到了95.3%,与SSD、Faster-RCNN等经典目标检测算法相比分别提高12.3、6.2个百分点,在准确率、召回率和F1因子上分别提高了0.6、2.4和1.5个百分点,且减少了冗余信息的干扰,增强了多尺度目标的特征提取能力;提高了重叠黏连线虫目标的检测能力和回归精度。
此外,本文基于Vue、SpringBoot等技术开发了一款线虫存活状态检测系统,将该系统与本文改进后的模型部署到服务器,为研究人员提供了方便、高效的线虫死/活状态在线智能识别与计数服务。

Shandong Future Biotechnology Co. Ltd., Tai'an 271000, ChinaAbstract: Nematode survival rate is an important indicator for assessing the effectiveness of nematicidal reagents. Currently, nematode counting relies heavily on manual identification under a microscope, which is time-consuming, inaccurate and labor-intensive, etc. The use of a convolutional neural network to achieve intelligent identification and counting of nematodes is a crucial method to solve the above problems. We proposes an improved YOLOv7 neural network model with three improvements: adding ECA attention mechanism modules to the main network; optimizing the loss function of the original model by EIoU and replacing the original activation function with the Mish activation function. Comparative experimental tests reveal that the mAP of the improved YOLOv7 model reaches 95.3%, which is 12.3 and 6.2 percentage points higher than that of the classical target detection algorithms, such as SSD and Faster-RCNN, and 0.6, 2.4 and 1.5 percentage points higher than that of SSD, Faster-RCNN and other classic target detection algorithms in terms of the accuracy rate, the recall and the F1 factor, respectively. Additionally, the model reduces redundancy, enhances multiscale feature extraction, and improves detection and regression precision for overlapping nematodes. DESCRIPTIONONE-HOUR Complete IP-Western Kit contains all thenecessary reagents, buffers, nitrocellulosemembrane and HRP substrate for performing an IP-western blot. It was developed using breakthroughimmunodetection technology (patent pending),allowing the user to perform an IP-western blot in afraction of the usual time. After transferring theproteins from gel to membrane, simply incubate themembrane in pretreat solution for five minutes andfollow with incubation in WB solution (prepared fromprimary antibody, IP-WB 1, IP-WB 2 and IP-WB 3) for40 minutes. Wash the membrane three times for fiveminutes each and then the blot can be developedusing the HRP substrate included in the kit. Theoretically 2 µg ofantibody can pull down 1.33µg of a 50 kDa antigen.3. If using a mouse (L00232) orgoat kit (L00233) with ProteinA, G or A/G resin, use theA&G blocker to preventleaked protein A, G or A/Gfrom interfering with theWestern results. If using arabbit kit (L00231), useprotein G blocker to preventleaked protein G or A/G frominterfering with the westernresults. It may be viewed online here:/cgi-bin/products/rec_antibody.cgi.Before use, prepare the following:Dilute 12.5 ml of 10X wash solution with 112.5 ml of distilled water to make 125 ml of 1X wash solution, use 15 ml of 1X wash solution for each rinse and 20 ml of 1X wash solution for each wash. If any precipitate forms in 10X wash solution during storage, incubate the bottle in warm or hot water bath (up to 50°C) with occasional mixing until all the precipitate disappear. Dilute the buffer with dH2O to 1X and store it at 4°C.Western Blot Procedure:1. Preparing Mixture 1Before or during protein transfer, prepare Mixture 1 by mixing100 µl of IP-WB 1 with 10 µg or more of primary antibody in a microcentrifuge tube. Vortex mixture 1 for a few seconds and spin down briefly to collect the solution in the bottom of the tube. Incubate Mixture 1 at room temperature for at least 40 minutes. Longer incubation is preferred. For overnight incubation, store mixture 1 at 4o C.Note:If less than 10 µg of primary antibody is to be used in Western blot, the volume of IP-WB 1 should be reduced accordingly. For example, mix 50 µl of IP-WB 1 with 5 µg of primary antibody to make Mixture 1. The2. Pretreatment of Membrane and Preparing Mixture 2Mix 10 ml of pretreat A solution with 10 ml of pretreat B solution in a plastic container to make the pretreat solution. Incubate the membrane after protein transferring in the pretreat solution mixture on a shaker for five minutes at room temperature. After incubation, rinse the membrane twice with 15 ml of 1X wash solution.Meanwhile prepare Mixture 2 by adding 100 µl of IP-WB 2 to Mixture 1. Vortex Mixture 2 for a few seconds and spin down briefly to collect the solution in the bottom of the tube. Incubate Mixture 2 at room temperature for five minutes.3. (Optional) Protein A and Protein G Active Site BlockingFor mouse and goat kits: If protein A, G or A/G resin is used during immunoprecipitation, dilute 100 µl of A&G blocker with 10 ml of 1X wash solution and incubate the membrane from step 2 in this diluted A&G blocker ona shaker for five minutes at room temperature. Do not wash or rinse.For rabbit kits: If protein G or A/G resin is used during immunoprecipitation, first add Mixture 2 to 10 ml of IP-WB 3 and then add 100 µl of protein G blocker directly to the combined solution. Mix well.4. Final Incubation of Pretreated Membranea. Add Mixture 2 to 10 ml of IP-WB 3 in a plastic container and mix well. Incubate the membrane in the IP-WB 3 containing Mixture 2 on a shaker for 40 minutes at room temperature.b. Rinse the membrane once with 15 ml of 1X wash solution. Wash the membrane three times on a shakerfor five minutes each with 20 ml of 1X wash solution. Use a clean container for each rinse and washstep to avoid carryover contamination and to reduce background.5. Signal Developmenta.Mix 3 ml of reagent A with 3 ml of reagent B by vortexing for a few seconds to make the working solution.Use 0.1 ml of the working solution per cm2 of membrane. The working solution is stable for severalhours at room temperature when protected from light.b.Drain the excess wash solution from the membrane by holding the membrane vertically with forceps andtouching the edge against a tissue. Place the membrane on clean, flat surface, and cover the membrane with working solution.c.Incubate for three minutes at room temperature. Place the membrane on a soft, clean tissue. Useanother tissue to remove excess working solution. Wrap the membrane in a clean piece of plastic film.d.Expose to a sheet of film for one minute and then develop. Repeat with different exposure times for bestresults.VII. EXAMPLES1. Using intelligent algorithmdetect the front vehicle and the signal, andprotect the running train.System implementation processThe main equipment of this design are two cameras, a laser radar and a TCAS host. Cameras are used for getting images, then using GPU to identify obstacles by using deep learning technology. Laser radar is used for velocity measurement, distance measurement and positioning.Finally, the TCAS host fuse the information of these sensors to get the information of current train speed, signal color, turnout status and distance between front obstacles and vehicles ahead to help the driver.According to the application scene of the system,we tested the function and stability of the system in line 6, Shanghai, for straight track, bend and slopes.During the test, the cameras, the laser radar and the TCAS host were installed at both ends of the train.In view of the function of the collision avoidance system in this design, a detailed technical introduction is made here:(1)Signal lamps and turnouts affectvehicle identification.In this project, with the assist of laser, cameras are used to capture images by using deep learning techniques to identify obstacles, and signal lights and turnouts.When the laser part finds the signal machine or the turnout position according to the current location on the map, it will send these information to visual part.After this, visual part using deep learning technique gets the signal light color and turnout. The data is then sent to the TCAS host.The vehicle identification function which affects the vehicle is mainly completed by the visual use of deep learning technology.(2)Fusion of laser and visual data and alarmThe TCAS host combines the laser and visual data with sensor fusion logic andgets a more accurate information about the distance between the front obstacle and the turnout state of the signal etc.When the TCAS host gets the signal for a red light, there will be avoice alarm to stop. When the TCAS host gets the front obstacle distance less than 150m, the voice alarm is started. As the obstacle gets closer and closer, the level of the alarm is getting higher and higher.When the TCAShost detects trains and turnouts, the image alarm appears, and the voice alarm for the turnout speed limit is given.ConclusionThe design is toachievean auxiliary collision avoidance function on straight lane, bend lane, turnout and slope etc. When running on a straight lane, the detect range is not less than 300m range. 车道偏离警示系统
车道偏离警示系统(英文:Lane Departure Warning System,LDWS),是一项汽车驾驶安全辅助系统。
当传感元件侦测到车辆偏离车道时,若驾驶者因精神不济或疏忽而未打下转换车道的方向灯讯号,系统会发出警示讯号以提醒驾驶者返回车道。
历史首次装设车道偏离警示系统是在Nissan Motors 的Infiniti FX 系列和Infiniti M系列,该系列的系统是由Valeo 和Iteris 两车商联合开发,系统的影像传感器是装置在车内照后镜的位置。
2000年,在欧洲是由Iteris 车商为Mercedes Actros 商务车开发使用车道偏离警示系统,现今在全欧洲多数的大型商用车都装有此系统。
后来在2002年,北美的Freightliner卡车才拥有此系统装设。
2007年,日本Mitsubishi Fuso 也随之跟进运用这项系统。
雪铁龙2005年,雪铁龙Citro?n 4 和Citro?n 5 都装设车道偏离警示系统,现今Citro?n 6 也已加装这项系统,Citro?n 的系统是运用装设在前方保险杆上红外线传感器监测路面上车道标志,发生车辆偏离车道时,以振动座椅的方式提醒驾驶返回车道。
Infiniti2008年,Infiniti车系将装设预防车道偏离系统(Lane Departure Prevention,LDP),这系统是运用车身稳定控制系统(ESP)的煞车力控制,协助驾驶将车辆维持在车道内,车道偏离警示系统协同车身稳定控制系统作动时,是以轻柔的煞车力控制,不让驾驶与乘客在乘车感到不适为原则。
Lexus 车商使用多重传感车道保持辅助系统(Multimode Lane Keeping Assist),这系统特点在于使用复数的3D影像传感器,并配合红外线传感器,在物体和影像的多重传感及MCU 运算下,监控车辆保持在车道内。
Lexus LS更提供了视觉警示和控制转向系统使车辆回到车道内。

要实现自动驾驶,必须为汽车加上一双眼睛和配套的处理系统,这套处理系统需要像人一样识别交通标志。
交通标志检测的实现方案主要有两大类:一类是基于计算机图形学的方案,比如依据颜色直方图、尺度不变特征变换特征、方向基于双向嵌套级联残差的交通标志检测方法江金懋, 钟国韵(东华理工大学 信息工程学院, 江西 南昌 330013)摘 要: 交通标志检测是自动驾驶领域的一个重要课题,其对于检测系统的实时性和精度都有非常高的要求。
目标检测领域中的YOLOv3算法是业界公认在精度和速度上都处于前列的一种算法。
文中以YOLOv3检测算法作为基础网络,提出一种双向嵌套级联残差单元(bid⁃NCR ),替换掉原网络中顺序堆叠的标准残差块。
双向嵌套级联残差单元的两条残差边采用相同的结构,都是一次卷积操作加上一次级联残差处理,两条边上级联的标准残差块的数量可以调节,从而形成不同的深度差。
然后将两条边的结果逐像素相加,最后再做一次卷积操作。
相较于标准残差块,双向嵌套级联残差单元拥有更强的特征提取能力和特征融合能力。
文中还提出跨区域压缩模块(CRC ),它是对2倍率下采样卷积操作的替代,旨在融合跨区域的通道数据,进一步加强主干网络输入特征图所包含的信息。
实验结果表明:提出的模型在CCTSDB 数据集上mAP (0.5)、mAP (0.5∶0.95)分别达到96.86%、68.66%,FPS 达到66.09帧。
相比于YOLOv3算法,3个指标分别提升1.23%、10.35%、127.90%。

In this paper, by taking YOLOv3 detection algorithm as the base network, a bi⁃directional nested cascaded residual (bid⁃NCR) unit is proposed to replace the standard residual blocks sequentially stacked in the original network. The two residual edges of the bid⁃NCR unit is of the same structure, both of which are one convolutional operation plus one cascaded residual processing, and the number of cascaded standard residual blocks on the two edges can be adjusted to form different depth differences. The results of the two edges are then added pixel by pixel, and another convolutional operation is performed, finally. In comparison with the standard residual blocks, the bid ⁃NCR unit has stronger feature extraction capability and feature fusion capability. The cross ⁃region compression (CRC) module, which is an alternative to the 2⁃fold downsampling convolutional operation, is proposed. It aims to fuse the channel data across regions to further enhance the information contained in the input feature map of the backbone network. The experimental results show thatthe model proposed in this paper achieves mAP(0.5) and mAP(0.5∶0.95) of 96.86% and 68.66%, respectively, and FPS of 66.09 frames on the dataset CCTSDB. Flow regulation is done by adjustable plunger stroke. Valve closing springs are made out of steel AISI 302. Seals and gaskets are manufactured out of hydrocarbon resistant NBR according to DIN 3535 and EN291 or made out of VitonThe VV420 series gas valves are class “A” fail safe vent valves. The red LED will flash every time the device triggers. It’s normal for it to trigger once on power up. If it continues to trigger, check for light sources leaking into the room. (If you cover the window of the device with your hand, it should not trigger). Set off a camera flash (using another camera or a flash attachment). The flash should trigger the device.Theory of Operation: The device triggers on the first bolt it detects. Your camera shutter mechanism is not fast enough to catch that first bolt, but fortunately, most bolts are followed by many more. Thus, you want to have the camera shutter open for a fairly long time to capture those subsequent bolts (we’ve used 10 seconds with good results).Photographing Lightning is as much Art as it is Science. Getting the right conditions and settings can be challenging, and some folks have a better knack for it than others. But to get you started, here are some basic “recommendations”:1. The camera should be mounted on a tripod. You want it stable during the exposure.2.Mount the device in your camera’s hot shoe mount with the red semi-clear window facing thedirection you are photographing. Insert the supplied plug into your camera remote shutterinterface.3.Point the camera at the storm or in the direction you see lightning activity.4.Set your Auto Focus feature to OFF or Disable.5.Set the focus to infinity. (If the lightning is closer than that, you’re too close to it)6.We’ve found that when photographing lightning at night, an f-stop of 5.6 works well.7.Shutter speed should be long, example around 10 seconds. (This won’t work during the day.For daytime shots, don’t exceed 1 second and you’ll need a smaller aperture/ larger f-stop aswell).8.Turn the lightning trigger device power on FIRST before you power up the camera. (When thetrigger is first tuned on, it will trigger once on power up . . . not a big deal for digitalphotography, but if you use film, you’ll lose one frame.)9.Avoid using your cell phone near the device while it’s operating. 2. Structured road detection algorithm
Our algorithm can be divided into three parts: The first part is to extract all of the possible road edge pixels using the Canny operator, and then denoise them by multi-regional two-threshold segmentation algorithm [12]. The second part is to get the road marking. Firstly, the image here is partitioned into a small number of horizontal sections. Then we obtain the points sets on the edges of line marking in each sections using Mid_to_Side method [11].Finally the extracted points sets are used to fit straight lines by the least square method separately. The third part is to fit the entire road. We here use the B-spline curve to fit the central line of the road. Our algorithm is described as figure 1:

1. Introduction
Vision-based intelligent navigation system is an important application of computer vision. The road detection algorithm is one of the key technologies of the system. There are mainly two methods to deal with the detection of structured road: the feature-based and model-based method. The feature-based[1,2] obtains the road region by clustering or region growing approach based on the differences of gradient, color or texture between road and nonroad area. The main advantages of such methods are not sensitive to the shape of the road, and it has high robustness. But it’s sensitive to the shadows, water areas and need more calculation. Model-based [3, 7] methods begin with the hypothesis of the road model, and then match the road edge with the road model. Such methods is more comprehensive, since only few parameters need to model the road edge, so it is more robustness against noises, such as shadows, water areas, etc.

Abstract
A new structure road detection algorithm based on open uniform B-spline curve model is proposed. Firstly, canny edge detection algorithm is used to extract the road edge. Then road markings are gotten from the edge map by the least square method. Lastly, the road model (B-spline model) is fitted after the central points of the road are gotten from the lane markings. In order to accurate the position of the road bend, the algorithm introduces the maximum deviation of position shift (MDPS) method to search control points. A large number of experiments show that the algorithm is fast, stable, and flexible. It is able to meet the requirements of intelligent navigation.

Currently existing edge detection operators include Canny, Sobel, Laplacian, Prewitt operator, etc. Canny edge detector has the advantages as follows: not missed the real week edge, a good positioning performance and only one response per edge. Considering the requirements of our alogrithm and the performance of operator characteristics and speed, we decided to use the Canny operator.

The B-Snake based detection algorithm[8] first assumes that two sides of the road boundaries are parallel, so the problem of detecting both sides of lane markings (or boundaries) has been merged as the problem of detecting the mid-line of the lane. However, the algorithm repeatedly quoted Hough algorithm [13] which increased the computation of the algorithm. A fast hyperbolic model based algorithm is used by [11], which use Mid_to_Side marking two parallel lines. The algorithm is simple and has a stronger anti-noise performance. But the use of hyperbolic fitting algorithm for the road makes the fitted curve fluctuate largely when the road encounter more noise.
