电力网规划设计方案第一章电力网规划设计方案拟订及初步比较1.1 电力网电压的确定和电网接线的初步选择由于电网电压的高低与电网接线的合理与否有着相互的影响,因此,在这里设计的时候是将两者的选择同时予以考虑。

1.1.1电网接线方式这里所拟订的电网接线方式为全为有备用接线方式,这是从电网供电的可靠性、灵活性与安全性来考虑的。

当网络任何一段线路因发生故障或检修而断开时,不会对用户中断供电。

这里结合所选的电网电压等级,初步拟订了五种电网接线方式,方案(1)、方案(3)为环网,方案(2)中既有环网又有双回线路,方案(4)、方案(5)为双回线路,。

它们均满足负荷的供电的可靠性。

五种方案的电网接线方式如图1-1所示:方案1 方案2方案3 方案4 方案5图1-1 各种电网接线的初步方案1.1.2电网电压等级的选择根据电网中电源和负荷的布局,按输送容量和输送距离,查阅有关设计手册,选择适当的电网电压。

电网电压等级符合国家标准电压等级,所选电网电压,这里是根据网线路输送容量的大小和输电距离来确定的。

电网接线方案(2)的电压等级选择全网为110KV。

电网接线方案(3)的电压等级选择全网为110KV。

电网接线方案(4)的电压等级选择全网为110KV。

电网接线方案(5)的电压等级选择全网为110KV。

1.2方案初步比较的指标1.2.1 线路长度(公里)线路长度反映架设线路的直接费用,对全网建设投资的多少起很大作用。

考虑到架线地区地形起伏等因素,单回线路长度应在架设线路的厂、站间直线距离的基础上增加(5-20)%的弯曲度。

这里对各种方案的架空线路的长度统一增加10%的弯曲度。

方案(1)的全网总线路长度约为157Km。

方案(2)的全网总线路长度约为172Km。

方案(3)的全网总线路长度约为177Km。

方案(4)的全网总线路长度约为209Km。

方案(5)的全网总线路长度约为242Km。

1.2.2 路径长度(公里)它反映架设线路的间接费用,路径长度为架设线路的厂、站间直线距离再增加(5-20)%的弯曲度。

针对P110钢级油井管的材料性能需求,调研现有钛合金的品种及其性能,确定新型TA31(Ti80)钛合金作为开发TP-Ti-110钢级钛合金油管的材料; 针对钛合金油管的使用要求设计,在偏梯形螺纹的基础上开发出专用气密封特殊螺纹TP-G2(Ti);对TP-Ti-110 钢级TP-G2(Ti)特殊螺纹钛合金油管的力学性能、整管性能和抗腐蚀性能进行综合评价试验。

开发的TP-Ti-110 钢级TP-G2(Ti)特殊螺纹钛合金油管完全满足元坝气田高腐蚀环境使用要求,并且首次成功进行全井下井应用。

According to the requirements for material properties of the PI 10 oil well pipe, thetypes and performances of the currently-used titanium alloys are investigated. As a result it is detennined to use the newtype TA31 (Ti80) titanium alloy as the material of the TP-Ti-110 titanium alloy oil tubing. As per the design of application requirement of the titanium alloy oil tubing, and based on the buttress thread , the special air-tight premium connection TP-G2(Ti) is developed.
