It has a high performance 64-bit integer unit, a high throughput, fully pipelined 64-bit floating point unit, an operating system friendly memory management unit with a 48-entry fully associative TLB, a 32 KByte 2-way set associative instruction cache, a 32 KByte 2-way set associative data cache, and a high-performance 64-bit system interface. The ACT5261 can issue both an integer and a floating point instruction in the same cycle.The ACT5261 is ideally suited for high-end embedded control applications such as internetworking, high performance image manipulation, high speed printing, and 3-D visualization.HARDWARE OVERVIEWThe ACT5261 offers a high-level of integration targeted at high-performance embedded applications. The key elements of the ACT5261 are briefly described below.Superscalar DispatchThe ACT5261 has an efficient asymmetric superscalar dispatch unit which allows it to issue an integer instruction and a floating-point computation instruction simultaneously. With respect to superscalar issue, integer instructions include alu, branch, load/store, and floating-point load/ store, while floating-point computation instructions include floating-point add, subtract, combined multiply-add, converts, etc. In combination with its high throughput fully pipelined floating-point execution unit, the superscalar capability of the ACT5261 provides unparalleled price/performance in computationally intensive embedded applications.CPU RegistersLike all MIPS ISA processors, the ACT5261 CPU has a simple, clean user visible state consisting of 32 general purpose registers, two special purpose registers for integer multiplication and division, a program counter, and no condition code bits. PipelineFor integer operations, loads, stores, and other non-floating-point operations, the ACT5261 uses the simple 5-stage pipeline also found in the RM52xx family, 4600, R4700, and R5000. In addition to this standard pipeline, the ACT5261 uses an extended seven stage pipeline for floating-point operations. Like the ACT5260, the ACT5261 does virtual to physical translation in parallel with cache access.Integer UnitLike the ACT5260, the ACT5261 implements the MIPS IV Instruction Set Architecture, and is therefore fully upward compatible with applications that run on processors implementing the earlier generation MIPS I-III instruction sets. Additionally, the ACT5261 includes two implementation specific instructions not found in the baseline MIPS IV ISA but that are useful in the embedded market place. Described in detail in the QED RM5261 datasheet, these instructions are integer multiply-accumulate and 3-operand integer multiply.The ACT5261 integer unit includes thirty-two general purpose 64-bit registers, a load/store architecture with single cycle ALU operations (add, sub, logical, shift) and an autonomous multiply/ divide unit. Additional register resources include: the HI/LO result registers for the two-operand integer multiply/divide operations, and the program counter(PC).Register FileThe ACT5261 has thirty-two general purpose registers with register location 0 hard wired to zero. These registers are used for scalar integer operations and address calculation. The register file has two read ports and one write port and is fully bypassed to minimize operation latency in the pipeline.ALUThe ACT5261 ALU consists of the integer adder/ subtractor, the logic unit, and the shifter. The adder performs address calculations in addition to arithmetic operations, the logic unit performs all logical and zero shift data moves, and the shifter performs shifts and store alignment operations. Testing for Continuity(See Figure 2)Multifunction Electric Testers● Do not measure any circuit with voltage above 440Vac or 440Vdc.● Do not take measurements on sites exposed to flammables, for spark may cause the explosion.● Do not use the Tester if it is wet or the operator’s hands are wet.● Do not touch conductive parts of test leads during measurement.● Do not use the instrument if it works abnormally. Eg: the instrument is damaged or the metal is exposed.● Please take caution when working voltage exceeds 33Vrms, 46.7Vacrms or 70Vdc, for it may cause electric shock.● The electric storage in tested circuits must be released after finishing high resistance measurements.● Do not replace the battery if the instrument is under wet conditions.● Please ensure the test leads are firmly secured to input terminals of the instrument.● Ensure the instrument is turned off before opening the battery cover.● The tested circuit should be discharged completely and totally separated from the power before making resistance measurements.● If it is necessary to replace the test leads or power adaptor, please use only ● If low battery indicator( ) shows, stop using the instrument. Press TEST button, the Tester will automatically detect out AC/DC mode and display the voltage and frequency readings on LCD.● Do not input any voltage higher than 440V or 440Vrms, although it may be possible to display a higher voltage, it may damage the instrument.● To avoid electric shock, please take caution when measuring high voltage.● After completing the measurements, remove test leads away from tested circuits and disconnect them from the input terminals of the instrument.● Do not measure with the battery cover opened.● Make sure the tested circuit is dis-energized, completely discharged and totally separated from the power supply before measurement. Do not measure the insulation resistance of live equipments or lines.● Do not measure with the battery cover opened.● Do not short-circuit the test leads under high-voltage output status or prepare to measure insulation resistance after the high voltage has already been output.● After the measurement finishes, do not touch the tested circuit, for the storedcapacitance in the circuit may cause electric shock.● Do not touch the test leads even after they are removed away from the circuit, wait until the test voltage is totally released.To measure insulation resistance:1. Turn the rotary switch to one of 100V/250V/500V (UT525) or 250V/500V/ 1000V (UT526) test voltage.2. Continuous Measurement: Press TEST button, the Tester will self-lock, output the test voltage and emit warning light simultaneously. With the measurement finished, press TEST to unlock and stop the continuous measurement.To replace the battery, follow the steps as below:1. 一、主要结构及工作原理:高频电源由主振电路、脉宽调节电路、间隔调节电路、功率放电电路和整流电路等构成。
本主振电路由8MHz晶体振荡器产生主频脉冲,经分频电路输入到美国原装芯片(CPLD)进行处理,控制脉冲波形,波形经前置放大后,驱动VMOS功率管,输出稳定整齐的加工信号。
功率放大电路采用三只高性能大功率VMOS场效应管,8只开关选择工作。
VMOS 管特点是开关速度快,电压驱动,输出电流大,具有高效率、高光洁度线切割专用脉冲电源。
二、常见故障分析与维修1) 驱动电源部分步进电机无法通电锁定。
1、X、Y①驱动电源整流桥损坏。
②+12V电源故障或断线。
2、X或Y步进电机缺相。
①步进电机断线。
②驱动板故障。
③电脑控制卡故障或断线。
3、X或Y步进电机行走丢步。
①航空插头或矩形插头接触不良。
②整流电解电容失效。
2)高频电源部分1、电压表无电压指示。
①熔断器熔芯烧断,整流桥或线路短路。
②接触不良或断线。
③整流桥损坏开路。
2、有加工电压,无高频输出。
①控制卡故障。
②用粗导线在高频电源正负之间短路,如有电流,则为高频输出线开路。
3、加工电流异常增大①VMOS功率管损坏。
依次接通功率输出开关,找出对应电流偏大的功率管,并更换掉。
②振荡电路故障,脉冲信号占空比变大。
③并接在红黑高频输出接线柱处的反向二极管击穿。
④控制卡(控制器)的取样变频电路故障。

金华爱科电子秤使用说明名称:便携式电子手提秤(配送电池)最大称重:20公斤,40公斤最小称重:20g颜色:淡蓝、橙色、银色、黑色(无说明所要颜色,我们将随机发货)尺寸:秤身长度11.5厘米,最宽处7.3厘米。
电源:使用2节7号电池液晶显示,选择锁定/自动锁定,去皮/置零开机:将电子秤悬挂,使其处于竖直状态,按“ON/OFF”键开机,蜂鸣器发出开机提示声,约二秒钟后LCD窗显示0.00Kg,进入称量状态。
称重:开机后挂上物品,即可显示称上物品重量,当秤上的挂物品稳定(停止摇摆)后,若已开启锁定功能,物品的重量值被锁定蜂鸣器发出锁定提示声,显示锁定的标志。
此时可按“ON/OFF”键解锁追加称量。
称重时,所加物品重量(包括皮重)不得超过最大称量40kg,如果超过以上值时,将显示超载标志“O-Ld”,并发出报警声。
单位转换:按“UNIT”键,电子称在Kg(公斤)、Lb(磅)、OZ(安士)三个单位之间进行循环转换。
关机:(1)开机后,在90秒内无任何操作,电子称自动关机。
(2)称重状态下,没有锁定时按“ON/OFF”键关机。
在锁定状态时先按“ON/OFF”解锁,再按“ON/OFF”键关机。
在温度测量状态下先按“ON/OFF”键退出温度测量状态,再按“ON/OFF”键关机。
1.每次开机自检时,电子称应处于垂直方向。
2.请手提着吊环或在吊环上另加辅助工具称量,请勿手握外壳称量,否则将导致称量显示误差超标。
3.若显示电量不足标志,请及时更换电池。
如果电子秤长期不使用,应取出电池,以免因电池漏液而损坏电路。
4. 如出现非人为故障,请送回本公司指定的维修点维修,不要随意拆卸。

It has a high performance 64-bit integer unit, a high throughput, fully pipelined 64-bit floating point unit, an operating system friendly memory management unit with a 48-entry fully associative TLB, a 16 KByte 2-way set associative instruction cache, a 16 KByte 2-way set associative data cache, and a high-performance 64-bit system interface. The ACT5260 can issue both an integer and a floating point instruction in the same cycle.The ACT5260 is ideally suited for high-end embedded control applications such as internetworking, high performance image manipulation, high speed printing, and 3-D visualization.HARDWARE OVERVIEWThe ACT5260 offers a high-level of integration targeted at high-performance embedded applications. Some of the key elements of the ACT5260 are briefly described below. Superscalar DispatchThe ACT5260 has an efficient asymmetric superscalar dispatch unit which allows it to issue an integer instruction and a floating-point computation instruction simultaneously. With respect to superscalar issue, integer instructions include alu, branch, load/store, and floating-point load/store, while floating-point computation instructions include floating-point add, subtract, combined multiply-add, converts, etc. In combination with its high throughput fully pipelined floating-point execution unit, the superscalar capability of the ACT5260 provides unparalleled price/performance in computationally intensive embedded applications.CPU RegistersLike all MIPS ISA processors, the ACT5260 CPU has a simple, clean user visible state consisting of 32 general purpose registers, two special purpose registers for integer multiplication and division, a program counter, and no condition code bits. PipelineFor integer operations, loads, stores, and other non-floating-point operations, the ACT5260 uses the simple 5-stage pipeline also found in the circuits R4600, R4700, and R5000. In addition to this standard pipeline, the ACT5260 uses an extended seven stage pipeline for floating-point operations. Like the R5000, the ACT5260 does virtual to physical translation in parallel with cache access.Integer UnitLike the R5000, the ACT5260 implements the MIPS IV Instruction Set Architecture, and is therefore fully upward compatible with applications that run on processors implementing the earlier generation MIPS I-III instruction sets. Additionally, the ACT5260 includes two implementation specific instructions not found in the baseline MIPS IV ISA but that are useful in the embedded market place. Described in detail in the QED RM5260 datasheet, these instructions are integer multiply-accumulate and 3-operand integer multiply.The ACT5260 integer unit includes thirty-two general purpose 64-bit registers, a load/store architecture with single cycle ALU operations (add, sub, logical, shift) and an autonomous multiply/divide unit. Additional register resources include: the HI/LO result registers for the two-operand integer multiply/ divide operations, and the program counter(PC). Register FileThe ACT5260 has thirty-two general purpose registers with register location 0 hard wired to zero. These registers are used for scalar integer operations and address calculation. The register file has two read ports and one write port and is fully bypassed to minimize operation latency in the pipeline.ALUThe ACT5260 ALU consists of the integer adder/ subtractor, the logic unit, and the shifter. The adder performs address calculations in addition to arithmetic operations, the logic unit performs all logical and zero shift data moves, and the shifter performs shifts and store alignment operations.
