二、学情分析本班都是六年级的学生,经过三年的英语学习学生对很多问题都有一定的推断能力,在听、说、读、写以及语言运用能力都有一定的水平。

在课堂上紧紧结合这一年龄段学生的特点,老师可以用全英授课的方式进行,通过不同时期的不同照片进行对比,学生能够很快地掌握Before和Now的区别以及理解对应的不同时态。

三、教学重难点重点:能够在听懂、会说、理解Let’s talk的内容的基础之上,描述自己与他人的变化,达到内化所学的知识。

难点:能够正确运用一般现在时和一般过去时进行对比表达事物。

《Unit 4 Then and now A Let’s talk》教学设计一、教学内容分析本单元的主题是围绕“Then and now”展开的,主要围绕着今昔对比,通过吴一凡爷爷讲述自己学校的今昔变化,让学生更好地体会一般过去时的使用。

要求学生能够在上下文具体的语言环境中结合图片等学会猜测词义,并进一步掌握一些表示过去时间的短语。

同时,培养学生的听说和语言运用能力。

二、教学对象分析本课时的授课对象是六年级学生。

他们经过三、四、五年级和六年级上学期的学习,已经掌握了一些主要句型比如There be 句型以及主要的时态比如一般现在时,六下第二、三单元又重点学习了一般过去时的用法,经过这些学习和积累,都为本部分的学习做好了语言铺垫。

三、教学目标1.语言知识目标:(1)能够听、说并认读对话。

(2)能够结合图片和问题等运用Before there was/were no….表达学校等设施方面的变化。

(3)能够能在情境中结合所学词汇及句型描述或介绍自己或他人的学校等场所的变化。
