【摘要】Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with norethisterone tablets on patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods One hundred and thirty patients with dysfunctional uter‐ine bleeding were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given norethisterone tablets only

and the observation group was given Guizhi Fuling pill combined with norethisterone tablets. The clini‐cal effect was observed and compa red between two groups.Results After treatment ,the serum hemoglobin con‐centration ,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM )symptom

score ,menstruation cycle ,menstruation duration and endo‐metrial depth

of observation group were all significantly superior to those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling pill combined with norethisterone tablets is effective in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding . It can increase serum level of hemoglobin ,improve menstruation and endometrial depth. It deserve propagation in clinic.%目的：观察桂枝茯苓丸

联合炔诺酮片治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床治疗效果。方法选择本院收治的功能失调性子宫出血患者130例，采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，对照组给

予炔诺酮片治疗，观察组联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗，观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗后，观察组血红蛋白浓度（124.87±11.74） g／L ，中医症状积分（1.34±0.66）分；对照组血红蛋白浓度（89.97±7.24） g／L ，中医症状积分（3.54±1.48）分，2

组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组月经周期（29.89±7.21） d ，经

期天数（4.56±1.13） d ，子宫内膜厚度（0.58±0.11） mm ；对照组月经周期（25.17±5.12） d ，经期天数（8.79±3.15） d ，子宫内膜厚度（0.97±0.28）mm ，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论桂枝茯苓丸联合炔诺酮片治疗功能失调性子宫出血临床疗效可靠，能够提升血红蛋白浓度，改善患者月经周期和子宫内膜厚度，值得在临床推广使用。

Abstract Objective

功能失调性子宫出血属于临床常见的妇科疾病，指的是女性卵巢功能失调引发的子宫出血，因此常称为功血，患者主要临床表现为女性月经周期不规律、经期延长、经量过多甚至出现不规则阴道出血等，严重影响了女性生活质量[1]。中医学中无

本病记载，根据临床体征可归属于“崩漏”范畴，患者主要是肾阴虚导致阴阳失衡，进而累及心、肝、脾等脏腑器官，造成冲任损伤，不能制约经血[2]。本院采用桂

枝茯苓丸联合炔诺酮片治疗功能失调性子宫出血取得了满意的治疗效果，现报告如下。

搜集2014年1月—2015年6月在本院治疗的功能失调性子宫出血患者130例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组(65例)和对照组(65例)，观察组，年龄33～52岁，平均年龄(44.19±3.65)岁，病程7个月～4年，平均病程(1.89±0.78)年；对照组，年龄31～53岁，平均年龄(44.75±3.59)岁，病程5月～4年，平均病程

(1.94±0.81)年。2组年龄、性别、病程等方面比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有可比性。
