摘要：The surgical laser is suitable for alternating contact cutting and contactless

coagulation of biological tissue by means of radiation of a laser conducted in a fibre optic fashion. For this purpose, the radiation which is emitted from the biological tissue (9, 19),

received once again via the distal end (4.2, 14.2) of the fibre optic light conductor (4, 14) and fed back via the fibre optic light conductor (4, 14) is picked up in a spectral range between 0.3 and 0.9 mu m with filtering out of the laser radiation and directed onto a radiation detector (7, 17). The radiative power of the laser (1.1, 11) is controlled, by means of the detector output signal, at a value situated below the destruction threshold of the fibre optic light conductor (4, 14) in such a way that the radiation emitted during combustion both of the biological tissue (9, 19) to be cut and of the tissue remains adhering to the distal end (4.2, 14.2) of the fibre optic light conductor (4, 14) or burned into the latter does not exceed a prescribed value. ……
