摘要
随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，越来越多的物流企业会运用运输管理信息系统。

原因一是市场竞争的逼迫，第二个是信息技术的飞速发展带来了新的商业机会。

在这样的环境下现代物流企业才逐步诞生。

交通运输是物流的基本职能之一，是社会和国家经济体制条件下的现代物流运作过程中不可缺少的一部分。

最大的节省运输成本才能在物流企业市场上获得竞争优势。

因此，现代物流运输企业运输合理化在提高物流企业的竞争力上具有重要意义。

本论文将着重研究宝供物流企业集团有限公司（以下简称宝供）物流运输方面的问题。

会结合工作经历和所学到的运输管理相关知识，学以致用来研究宝供的运输现状，分析存在的问题并提出相应的解决措施。

宝供作为第三方物流在运输方面必须得有完善的管理措施。

本文的主题结构如下：一、介绍运输管理相关的理论知识；二、介绍宝供物流公司的现状；三、提出宝供的问题；四、研究出相关的解决对策。

Abstract
With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standards, more and more logistics enterprises will use transportation management information system.
A reason is market competition force, and the second is the rapid development of information technology has brought new business opportunities. In such an environment of modern logistics enterprises to gradually was born. Transportation is one of the basic functions of logistics, is under the condition of social and national economic system is an indispensable part of modern logistics operation process. The biggest save transport costs to gain a competitive advantage in the logistics enterprise
market. Therefore, modern logistics enterprise transport rationalization on enhancing the competitiveness of logistics enterprises is of great significance.
This paper will focus on the treasure for logistics enterprise group co., LTD. Logistics transportation problems. Transportation management will be combined with work experience and have learned relevant knowledge, to apply to study the treasure for the transportation status quo, analysis of existing problems and puts forward corresponding solving measures. Treasure for as a third party logistics must have perfect management measures in the transport sector. 随着市场竞争的加剧，企业陆续在降低物流的成本、努力提高物流服务水平。

为了获得竞争优势，在国内和国际市场，降低交付成本，更好的物流服务，物流运输战略已经越来越成为公司的整体战略的一个组成部分。

中国物流企业的工作状态一直不够乐观，例如，缺乏一个综合性的物流研究，管理落后的物流企业，缺乏协同竞争的概念。

现代信息技术的应用水平已成为制约中国物流业的发展的技术瓶颈。

运输管理企业不可缺少的环节是从商品出库，然后就是运输车辆调度管理是非常关键的，车辆调度不合理直接影响到企业的发展，公司将带来不必要的经济浪费，使成本增加效果降低。

这些都是可以避免的，是由于管理不当造成运输。

宝供物流企业集团有限公司运输业务是指接收办公室单位交付证明相关证件领货凭证和发站传输到车站部门查询，付款，验收货物，货物通过从站场短驳仓储及相关业务流程，信息流的操作工艺编制的文件的收据。

本文就针对宝供物流运输中存在的问题逐步进行分析，主要表现在它的车辆的不合理调度，运输监督手段不完善，信息平台不够强大，货站设施落后。

宝供运输整个过程中的分布在整个流通过程中，从原材料采购到产品出库，运输不仅贯穿各职能部门。

也越过边界的上游和下游业务环节。

针对问题分析造成这种情况的原因，提出相关的解决对策。
