摘要：目的 探究肾炎康复片应用于肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者治疗中的效果。方法 选取 2016 年 7 月至 2018 年 7 月本院收治的 30 例肾小 球肾炎蛋白尿患者的临床资料，采用数字随机法分为实验组和对照组，每组 15 例。对照组患者使用单一缬沙坦进行治疗，实验组患者实施缬 沙坦和肾炎康复片联合治疗方案。观察两组患者的临床效果和不良反应发生率，分析两种治疗方案的有效性。结果 治疗后，实验组患者治 疗总有效率为 80.00%，对照组患者治疗总有效率为 53.33%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者各项生理指标优于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 应用肾炎康复片联合缬沙坦对肾小球肾炎蛋白尿患者进行治疗，对于患者临床病症改善效果良好， 具有实践应用价值，值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of nephritis rehabilitation tablets in the treatment of patients with glomerulonephritis proteinuria. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with glomerulonephritis proteinuria admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by digital random method, with 15 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with a single valsartan, and patients in the experimental group were treated with a combination of valsartan and nephritis rehabilitation tablets. Ob‐ serve the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients, and analyze the effectiveness of the two treatment op‐ tions. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 80.00%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 53.33%, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). All physiological parameters of the experimental group are better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of Shenyan Kangfu Tablets com‐ bined with valsartan in the treatment of patients with glomerulonephritis proteinuria has a good effect on improving the clinical symptoms of patients, has practical application value, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
