个E —House ，其中3300-ER —704位于磨机厂房A —B 轴1—4线，3300—ER —705位于磨机厂房A-B 轴6—10线，E —House 的尺寸和重量见下表:

1.1 根据设计图纸及厂家资料，进行图纸及资料自审和会审工作。

Check and study the design drawings and vendor’s instructions and have a full understanding of the work to do.

2 图纸及资料自审、会审后,组织施工班组熟悉施工过程及有关技术要求，结合现场实际情况集中进行一次全面技术交底。

Organize the construction team to know the process and relevant technique requirements。

安装人员需求根据安装任务及相关要求合理安排,根据实际情况及时调整人员需求,作业人员初步安排见下表:

1 E—House inspection
根据ABB提供的厂家资料,对E—House尺寸进行检查核对，并根据清单清点附件，外观检查应无损坏及变形,油漆完整无损。

Verify the dimensions of E—House according to ABB’s vendor manual and drawings。

Inventory checks the accessories against the list. Observe if any physical damage or distortion。

The paint should be intact.
4.2 E—House 倒运

2.1 道路事先勘察清理，保证平整畅通。

4.2.1 Check road for cleaning and make sure the road is smooth。

4.2.2倒运是用350T汽车吊，将E—House 吊至60T板车上,运至安装区域。

4.2.3 Use 350t mobile crane to shift the E-house onto the 60t low bed then move the installation
area。

3 倒运时应注意E—House 放置平稳、稳固牢靠，拖车车速不能超过 20KM/h.

根据设计图纸及E—House尺寸数据，在支撑基础上标记每个E—House的安装位置以便安装一次到位,E-House 位置示意图见附图4。

3 Installation locating and marking
As per design drawing and the E-house size， mark the installation location and supporting foundation so that E-house lifting can be successes once。

4.3.4吊装前准备
在把E—House 倒运到吊装现场后，吊装前在地面上进行临时密封板拆除,以便E-House 单元个体
在基础上组合对接，然后在进行吊装作业.
Shift E—house to site， and remove all packing plate so that the e house section can be assembled on the pedestals， then start the lifting work.
4.3.5吊装作业
根据E—House 的单体重量、尺寸及安装位置等,采用350T吊车（参数见附图4。

3)，利用4根吊带
及4个卸扣扣在2 根吊装扁担上,再从每根吊装扁担上用8根吊带及8个卸扣扣在E—House 的吊环
上完成吊装到位。

吊装时，吊装至安装基础处E—House 底部必须高于安装基础顶部,以防引起撞击，采用缆风绳牵引调整方向,由上至下放置就位，完成吊装。

5 Installation work
As per unit weight, size， installation location etc， use 350t crane （see the attached sketch4。

3). Put 4 shackles and 4 slings onto the lifting pole, then connect the pole onto the lifting ring by these 8 shackles and 8 slings。

During lifting， then bottom of e-house shall be higher then the top of foundation to avoid knocking。

And leading rope shall be used to charge the direction。

吊装顺序：
3300—ER—704（ 3300—ER—704—3/4， 3300—ER—704—4/4，3300—ER-704-2/4，3300—ER—704—1/4）；
5 完成安装,场地处理
House keeping after erection
5.1 E—House 拼装
在吊装到位后，E-House(标高239。

830）3300-ER—704需搭设脚手架进行整体的拼装,
其余各E-House在其钢平台进行.E—House每一单元在拼装时需利用手动葫芦和千斤顶
使其合并靠拢,然后用螺栓进行固定。

After positioning， E—House 3300—ER—704（ 239。

830 elevation) need to be assembled by installing scaffold， and for other E-House can be assembled on platform. Jack and manual block shall be needed during assembling to make them closer， then use bolt to fix。

2 E-House 连接及密封准备 connection &sealant preparation

1 E-House 内部必须加温至5度以上以确保内部的仪表仪器及电气元件不会受到低温的影响Inside the E—House shall be heated to a minimum of +5℃ to ensure that instrument and electrical component inside shall not be affected by low temperature.

2 E-House的开口端必须提供篷布以保证温度达到要求
Upon opening， the opened side of E—House shall be provided with covers to insure the temperature. 5。

2.3 准备好密封胶,再涂抹时也需要盖篷布以确保温度能达到要求
Sealant which applied at the sides of the E house in preparation for connection, both surface remain covered to ensure temperature requirement of sealant application

4 在达到供货商要求后，E HOUSE的链接工作完毕
Connection of sides will be done as per sealant satisfies manufacturer application requirement

3 场地清理 house keeping
工作完成后，拆卸脚手架并清理现场.
After the work finished， remove scaffold and clean up the area。

3. Safety management plan
1. 总要求
1. General requirements
作业前根据注意特点编制施工方案，并对参加作业的人员进行方案和安全技术交底。

作业周边应设置警戒区域，设置明显的警示标志，并设立安全监护人员。

在吊装作业前，需要NFC 与KBPV人员共同启动会议.
Method statement shall be written and got approved before work and all erection stuff should be told for the technical and safety statement. Warning line and board shall be set around the lifting area， and also set the safety personnel。

Before lifting work，NFC and KPBV relevant personnel shall initiate a meeting。

吊车作业要求

起重吊装作业属于特种作业，必须按照有关规定严格进行，相关人员需取得资格证书方能作业！
Lifting work is a kind special work， and it shall strictly follow the related specification, and working personnel shall get the related certificate。

高空作业要求
严格遵守高空作业的相关工作条例,防止高空坠落和高空坠物伤人！

Working at height
Work permit shall be opened before work, and all personnel shall be told the risk before work。

4. 相关注意事项
进入作业区域必须佩带相关安全防护用品，不得违反施工规范、安全技术规程和本方案进行施工.
