海南金海浆纸业有限公司是金光集团APP（中国）投资建设的特大型制浆造纸企业，地处海南省洋浦经济开发区，占地8000亩，一期工程年产100万吨化学漂白硫酸盐桉木浆，总投资105亿元人民币，项目于1999年注册成立，2003年5月动工兴建，2005年3月28日正式投产。

金海浆纸二期工程年产160万吨造纸项目总投资115亿元人民币，于2005年12月20日由国家发改委批准成立，其第一阶段年产90万吨文化纸项目于2011年7月6日建成投产；第二阶段年产70万吨生活用纸项目于2016年年底投产。

Hainan Jinhai Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. is the
super-large pulp & paper company established
by APP China. Located in Hainan Yangpu
Economic Development Zone, the company
c ove r s a n a r e a of 5.33 k m², w it h a t ot a l
investment of 10.5 billion yuan for the first-phase
project. Jinhai was officially put into production
in Mar. 28, 2005, mainly producing bleached
eucalyptus pulp. The second-phase project, with
a total investment of 11.5 billion yuan and an
annual production capacity of 1.6 million tons,
was officially approved on 20 Dec. 2005, among
which the printing & writing paper project of 900
thousand tons/a was put into operation on 6 July
2011, and the tissue project of 700 thousand tons
was put on line in the end of 2016.

Main business income: RMB 8.3 billion
Paper and board output: 1.09 million tons
Profit and tax: CNY 1.0 billion
Profits: CNY 0.38 billion

★In the first half of 2017, the total value of
industrial output was 4.59 billion yuan, pulp
output was 800 thousand tons, paper and board
output was 530 thousand tons, and taxes paid
was 0.44 billion yuan.
Future plan:
The annual output of bleached eucalyptus pulp is
predicated to reach about 1.94 million tons.
