摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent the energy of a relay from being lost even when a large current flows in an on-state by setting the relay in the on-state when a superconducting material which comprises an opening/closing part is set in a superconducting state. CONSTITUTION:The relay 1 is a contactless relay using the superconducting material, and the superconducting material comprising the opening/closing part 2 is embedded in, for example, a semiconductor substrate. An external power source is connected to the terminal T on one side of the opening/closing part 2, and a load R to the terminal T on the other side of the opening/closing part 2. The electrical resistance of the
opening/closing part 2 can be reduced to 0OMEGA by comprising the opening/closing part 2 of the relay 1 of the superconducting material, and setting the relay 1 in the on-state when the superconducting material is set in the superconducting state. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the energy from being lost even when the large current flows in the on-state.
