中国恒天集团作为全球领先的纺织机械制造企业，是如何看待工业4.0、可持续发展等纺织行业的大趋势？对于本届上海纺机展的主题“智汇跨界新纺织”，又是如何理解？中国恒天集团有限公司副总裁，中国纺织机械（集团）有限公司总经理、党委书记叶茂新在接受采访时，为纺织人引出新方向。

中国纺织工业的智能化建设会更加完美
针对于目前中国纺织行业的智能化现状和未来发展，中国恒天集团有限公司副总裁，中国纺织机械（集团）有限公司总经理、党委书记叶茂新表示，纺织业工业4.0是指一个生产流程高度自动化、工厂管理高度智能化、人机交互更加充分、生产与环境友好协调、行业与行业之间跨界交融的发展新状态。

叶茂新指出：“当前我国纺织工业的智能化建设成绩明显，例如以两化融合为引导，大多数企业都积极开展信息化建设，促进信息化与工业化的充分融合，提升了生产、管理的效益，也为智能化建设打下了基础。

相信未来随着中国制造2025的深入推进，我国纺织工业的智能化建设会更加完美。

引领纺织工业绿色发展
面对环保政策的加强和中国工人的成本上涨，中国恒天集团如何引领行业走出难关？叶茂新提出了两个方向：一是坚持创新，推动企业由“制造型”向“制造服务型”转型升级，向市场要利润；二是苦练内功，积极开展精益管理，提高生产经营效率，优化运营流程，向管理要效益。

叶茂新认为，随着消费者对环保产品需求的与日俱增，绿色环保和科学技术这两个要素，毫无疑问是行业发展的重要趋势之一。

他强调，中国恒天集团积极践行绿色发展理念，以科学技术作为重要手段，为纺织行业的环境保护进行探索和引领。

例如，恒天立信的低浴比染色机、气流染色机，便是通过技术进步，降低了染色所需的水资源，进而减少了印染废水对环境的污染；而经纬纺机的全流程棉纺成套装备，对于帮助客户提高生产效益，降低生产成本等方面起到了积极的作用。

另外，中国恒天集团旗下的化纤机械、非织造机械、织造机械等产品，也是在提高效率、降低能耗等方面开展了大量的工作。

CHTC:Adhering to innovation and practicing the concept of green development
As a global leader in textile machinery manufacturing, how does China Hi-Tech Group Corporation(CHTC) regard the trends in the textile industry such as Industry 4.0 and sustainable development? In response to the current status and the future development of China’s smart textile industry, Ye Maoxin said that textile industry 4.0 refers to a
new state of development including highly automatic production process, highly intelligent plant management, more manmachine interaction, coordinated environment-friendly production, and cross-border integration among various industries.
Ye Maoxin pointed out: “At present, China’s textile industry has achieved remarkable results in its intelligent construction. For example, based on the integration of IT application and industrialization,most enterprises are actively promoting information construction and advancing the full integration of IT application and industrialization, which has not only enhanced the efficiency of production and management, but also laid the foundation for the construction of intelligence. I believe that in the future with the deepening of ‘Made in China 2025’, China’s textile industry will enjoy better intelligence.”
To lead the green development of textile industry
Faced with the strengthening of environmental protection policies and the rising costs of Chinese workers,how does CHTC lead the industry out of the storm? Ye Maoxin proposed two directions: Firstly, insisting on innovation to promote enterprises’ transformation and upgrading from “manufacturing” to “manufacturing services”, in order for more profits from the market;secondly, actively carrying out lean management to improve production and management efficiency and optimize operating processes, in order for more benefits from the management. In addition, Ye Maoxin believes that with the growing consumer demand for environmentally friendly products, green and science &technology are
undoubtedly one of the important trends in the development of the industry. He emphasized that CHTC actively practices the concept of green development and takes science and technology as an important measure to explore and lead the environmental protection in the textile industry. Fo r example, CHTC Fong’s low-liquor ratio dyeing machine and air-flow dyeing machine reduce the water resources required for dyeing through technological advances, and consequently reduce the environmental pollution caused by dyeing and printing wastewater. The complete process spinning equipment of Jingwei Textile Machinery has played a positive role in helping customers improve production efficiency and reduce production costs. In addition,the chemical fiber machinery, non-woven machinery,weaving machinery and other products under CHTC have also contributed a lot in improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption.。
