学员纪律
1. 教室开放时间为正式上课前30分钟。

2. 学员进入教室时须向班主任出示听课证,否则不得进入教室。

老师管理制度
1、按时上、下班,有特殊情况需要临时外出,因事或因病不能到校上班,须把工作安排好,需提前一天向学校请假。

2、教师要为人师表,严于律己;不许着奇装异服,不许穿鞋拖。

进入课堂要精神饱满;未经教学主管允许不能随意调课、停课;不能默
许或随意带外来人员旁听课程。

3、上课时发现没有请假又未到的学生,课后必须及时联系家长询问
原因。

对缺课的学生要主动联系家长安排时间给予补课。

4、老师不许体罚或变相体罚学生;要注意保护学生自尊心;学生回
答问题错误不许笑话学生;对不确定的答案不许随意说其回答不正确;课上课下要保证学生的安全;要善于发现安全隐患并立即行动予以排除或寻求解决办法。

时询问原因并给予引导;课上要充分调动学生的积极性,发现上课不认真的要及时给予提醒,严重者课下要和学生沟通,有必要时要和家长取得联系,共同督促学生改正不足。

6、教学思路要清晰,由浅入深,由表及里,注意培养学生的思考能力、学习习惯、学习品质;课堂教学要轻松有序,活而不乱。
